Can You Please Help?

We are in serious need of help. We are both disabled and between us have an income of 1200 dollars per month. My husband recently was put in a wheel chair and needs to get to and from his doctors appointments and Dialysis. The county won't send a wheel chair van due to the fact we do not have a ramp. We need 27feet of ramp and do not own the land our trailer sits on. There fore we are not eligible for grants. We have an electric bill which is now over $3000. and a heat bill that is $1750.
