Letter of Intent from Buyer
Buyer promises that the Seller will receive final payment of ___________________ dollars, prior to or on the date of ___________________.
I acknowledge that I am the buyer of the 1966 Charger (ebay Item 4529302938) and that I will make payments in accordance with the date that I promise herein. I have read the entire ad description for the vehicle, including the paragraph that figures the "CALCULATED-VALUE" of the vehicle and the paragraph, titled "NON-STOCK PAINT". I fully understand ebay's reserve price bidding process and am aware that the final bid on this item will most likely differ from the "CALCULATED-VALUE". Upon the Seller's receipt of final payment, I may claim the vehicle with the options designated in the ad, including the Six Pack and I will consider the paint credit to have been figured into the winning bid, regardless of its amount. I further understand that the final bid amount is not negotiable and that this vehicle is sold "as-is", without warranty. As the buyer, I am responsible for all transportation expenses and arrangements.
