How does this airline promotion work?

This certificate will entitle the holder to TWO adult Round Trip airfare tickets to any of the listed destinations, with the purchase of a Hotel Accommodation Package. YOU determine the destination. You may choose to fly out of any major U.S. continental airport. No Alaska or Hawaii departures.
7 Night Destinations available: San Diego, Anaheim, Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, Scottsdale, Palm Springs, Salt Lake City, Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head, Orlando, Daytona Beach, Clearwater, Puerto Vallarta, and Acapulco.
14 Night Destinations Available: Hawaii, Bahamas, Jamaica, Barbados, London, Paris, French Riviera, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Calgary, and Toronto.

How can you do this?

That's an easy one! The travel agency is able to take advantage of volume and incentive discounts for hotel and airfare. They then combine the discounts thus providing YOU with a complete travel package for nothing more than the cost of a hotel stay.

What other costs are involved?
Once you receive the certificate, there are no additional charges unless you choice to use it. To make reservations, you must send the reservation form to the travel agency. There is a $25 processing fee to redeem the certificate, at which point you will be sent your reservation form. This fee is a processing/postage fee that is sent to the clearing house, who then sends you your reservations form. A minimum stay at a participating hotel/resort is also required, as mentioned above. Other than this you are responsible for any incidental expenses such as food, beverages, entertainment, etc; as well as, taxes, transportation to and from airport, gratuities, etc. A deposit or very nominal fee may be requested by the travel provider, who actually makes your reservation, and sends your tickets.


Do I have to stay a minimum number of nights?

Yes. The number of nights is determined by where you are traveling to. The average stay is 7 nights for mainland U.S. and Mexico destinations. For overseas travel, the average stay is 14 nights. Your travel provider will review all of the details and options with you once you register your certificate.


Am I paying an inflated hotel room rate?

NOT AT ALL!! The travel agency only uses top quality hotels. These rooms are Double Occupancy, and in most cases, the hotel rates are Less than the regular rates available to the public. Each couple will only have to pay for One room.


Will I have to listen to a sales pitch?

ABSOLUTELY NOT!! This is NOT a timeshare deal. There are NO presentations, sales pitches, or anything of the sort!


Do I have to fly out of a certain airport?

You will fly out of the major Continental US Airport in your area, or any other major US Airport of your choice. No Alaska or Hawaii departures.


Do I have to fly stand-by or take a red-eye?

NO! You will receive a normal airline ticket, unless of course you request a red-eye flight!


Is there any time I may not use this certificate?

This certificate is valid 365 days a year! Please note that major holidays should be booked months in advance to assure available space. There are NO BLACKOUT DATES. This certificate can be used ANY TIME until Dec. 2005!


Do I have to stay in participating hotels or can I choose my own?

In most cases, you will have to stay at the participating hotel. However, if you would like to make arrangements to stay at other hotels, the travel agency will do its very best to help you out. NOTE: Only top quality hotels and condos such as Hyatt, Marriott, Marc, Clarion, Sheraton, etc. are used in this offer. Very few customers ever choose to stay elsewhere.


May I use my own travel agent?

The travel agency that issues this certificate must be used to book the flight and hotel reservations. You are free to make reservations for rental cars, tours, etc. on your own; however, the travel agencies qualified representatives will be more than happy to assist you. They will answer any questions you may have, as well as give you helpful travel hints and arrange extra night stays, tours, rental cars, or any other travel needs that you may have.


May I use these certificates as business promotions?

YES! These make Incredible business promotional tools. Many of our customers purchase large quantities of these certificates to give away to their clients and employees.


May I give away the certificate if I can not use it myself?

YES! These certificates are FULLY TRANSFERABLE prior to registering & make GREAT GIFTS!

Reservations are subject to the travel provider's availability of hotel and airline allotments and will be filled on a first come first served basis. If the dates you request are unavailable, the travel provider reserves the right to offer you the next closest available date. Upon receipt of your request form you will be issued a reservation request from the travel provider selected. Your travel provider may request a deposit prior to booking your vacation and/or an additional nominal processing fee. This certificate has no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash. Void where prohibited by law. This certificate does and should not act as a solicitation or offer to sell travel or related items in California or other states where registration may be required to sell travel. All handling fees will be returned if requested from a resident of such a state is not able to use the certificate. This transaction is not covered by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Corp. Any payment for actual travel that is not provided will be returned promptly. All promotions relating to this certificate must be approved by FD. No use of our name, brochure, contact information or wording may be used at any time for any reason. The travel provider may limit the dollar amount of airline tickets. We reserve the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time for any reason without notice. Departure and arrival cities are limited to resort destinations and major international airports. You must stay in your resort destination city. Your travel provider cannot book rooms elsewhere for the minimum stay. The travel provider may limit the number of quotes offered to you for this offer. This certificate is not valid with any groups or conventions traveling together or meeting at a destination. Canceled or bad check invalidates your certificate and travel arrangements. Agents may add travel insurance, service charges, booking fees, ticketing fees and taxes to your package price. Travel may not exceed 30 to 60 days, which is regulated by the airlines, and no open tickets are available. Reservations can only be booked 11 months in advance, as airlines don't accept reservations further out than that. The travel provider will determine the carrier, routing, and city airport used. The travel provider cannot honor requests for specific carriers or routings. Requests for frequent flier miles, seat assignments, and special meals shall be directed to the airline directly by you. Hotel rates for the program may not be combined with any discount offers of any type, including many special offerings from hotel chains or clubs. Rates charged are per night, per room, double occupancy unless noted otherwise. Rates are charged based on our travel provider's promotional rates and are subject to change without notice. All parties are responsible for any and all taxes associated with this offer. FD is not responsible for the willful negligent acts, misrepresentations, and/or omissions of, suppliers or any transportation provided or their respective employee, agents or representatives, including without limitation, their failure to deliver or their partial inadequate delivery of services. We assume no liability for offers made by distributing merchants or affiliates in conjunction with the certificate. We will not be held liable for any reasons do to the use of this offer or any result thereof.
