Kathleen Julie Washpon Network was establish by Kathleen Julie Washpon in
1983.
For 19 years Kathleen Julie Washpon Network has been a service to the public,
Community, parents and children of the United States to assist and monitor
Bureau of Child Services, Administrative Services for Children and Division
of and Youth Services and Department of Health and Human Services.
Kathleen Julie Washpon is a Special Advocate, Agency Representative,
Traditional, Freelance and Contract Paralegal service, which provides
information and services to help Parents and children research and locate
information under related to child abuse, neglect maltreatment and related child welfare issues, statistics, laws and resources on such topics as prevention, protection, out of home care and planning 42 USC, AFDC, CIVIL RIGHTS OF CHILDREN, SOCIAL SECURITY ACT OF 1935 GOVERNING CHILDREN.
Kathleen Julie Washpon Network offers the nation's largest database on child
laws and parents rights regarding maltreatment, abuse, neglect, summaries,
material, analyses of federal and state laws regarding abuse, maltreatment
and neglect and related child welfare issues.
We intend to contact and associate our members with capable layers for the
Pepossis of opening cases for the benefit of the families that have been torn
apart or neglected indefinity by the violators of 42 USC, AFDC, CIVIL RIGHTS
OF CHILDREN, SOCIAL SECURITY ACT OF 1935 GOVERNING CHILDREN. We should not
be indifferent or silent in regards to our future! In the Courts.
We intend to reopen the cases of as many natural parents as we can
