Toyota's Non Deployment of Airbags
This is educational information for people who have had serious wrecks in their Toyotas and the airbags did not deploy.
If you think that your airbags should have deployed in your frontal collision, they probably should have. Toyota has problems with their airbags not deploying. The first thing you will need to do is keep your car in its wrecked condition. If you have no car then you probably will not have a case either. The car will have to be inspected numberous times by both sides if it is determined you have a case. Also talk with an attorney before calling Toyota yourself and letting them look at it. Make sure you document everything. Exactly how the wreck happened. How your body reacted in the crash. Make sure to take pictures of your injuries. Second, contact an airbag expert attorney. There are alot of good attorneys but if they do not have airbag litigation experience and have not gone up against a giant such as Toyota, you will have problems. I have done lots of research and I can recommend several experienced attorneys that have successfully handled cases such as these. I have been thru all of this and have talked with alot of people who were seriously injured or have had loved ones dies due to the airbags not deploying. It is time Toyota did something about their problems. They post vast earnings but use inferior parts.
