SAVING(S)TO YOU ARE AS FOLLOW:
1. No wasted lumber. The 10 to 15 % waste that we have become accustomed to (which usually is more like 25 % + waste), the safety issue of scattered material and the labor involved in recuperating scattered material, are now eliminated.
2. If the walls were to arrive at the site, pre-manufactured (conventional frame),no time would be wasted on stick frame, erecting the building would SAVE at least 50% in TIME.
3. The framer(s), when on site, installing and bracing the pre-fabricated walls, will give the contractor a discount in labor, the framer(s) work is cut by at least 50% and more. The accustomed errors that are associated with stick frame on site are eliminated
4. Alright, Now that were convinced the building will take less time (at least 50% less), the faster you get it erected, the faster the realtors may sell the units, what does that equal. HUGE SAVINGS
