the item and not look for it, like I did, to obtain it.

What a Crock, the government just wants you to die a earlier death, so not to pay out, the Government needs to use our system instead of their nice little comfortable one they use now!
No matter what your full retirement age (also called "normal retirement age") is, you may start receiving benefits as early as age 62 or as late as age 70.
