Freestyle Biking
Biking is a great way to exercise! It is a fun way to spend time with family and you get your exercise. Wal-Mart carries a great assortment of freestyle bikes aswell as mountain bikes and road bikes. To get the most out of your bike you have to keep it maintained by keeping all the moving parts lubed and debri free. I just recently found out that companies on the internet mail out free catalogs and stickers. The bikes that i recommend is Haro, Standard, GT, and MacNeil. Most of these will send you a free catalog.
