Good fights everyone so far, please have all fights scheduled and reported to me by tuesday night at very latest. Numbers indicate games won of match, F= forfeit, D= Draw

Rules
Tournament format will be swiss pairing for the first 8 rounds. Top 8 players will then play a single elimination playoff for rankings 1-8. All other rankings 9th-92nd will be decided from first 9 rounds. For more information on Swiss tournies go to: http://members.ozemail.com.au/~nswca/guide.htm
To sum it up you will always play against people with the same record as you every round or as close as possible. I used a randomizer to randomly assign all first round fights, I did stealthers sepperatly so they can fight eachother at least the first round. *edit* There were a about 10 last minute entries and they were assigned to eachother as they signed up so keep that in mind. Remember you can still place high even with a few losses. Some factors that determine rankings other than your total wins is tiebreaker factors such as the opponents you played records. Even if you lose a match you still get helped out by winning one game in your losing matches.
Matches will be best 2 out of 3 duels. The first name listed in the vs section is the underdog and will decide duel location. Time must be agreed upon by both parties. You have 48 hours to play your match. Failure to show up on agreed upon time will result in a forfeit.
Upon arriving at the duel location the duel will need to start within 2 minutes of one person beckoning the other, this will prevent someone activating every artifact they have until they are ready. The loser of a game can take up to 10 minutes before they are ready to start the next fight, as soon as the loser beckons for round 2 the other person must bow within 1 minute and start the duel, (this will help the loser of first game to hasten the start of 2nd game and lessen the chances of previously used ra's/ml's/arties of being up, having your bot closeby can further speed up the time the next fight will start.)
Buffbots will be allowed, if you want to duel without buffs you can prearrange to do so if your opponent agrees. All artifacts, ML's, abilities, and items may be used during the duel. No hunter or minstrel may bring a pet to the duel. During the duel the hunter/minstrel may summon a pet or charm a local mob and use it in the fight (this will prevent buffed pets from being used). If you are dueling a stealther class you may not prevent them from stealthing after you bow, we all know it can be done quite easily but is unsportsmanlike, you must give them a few seconds to stealth safely. Kiting is discouraged, but if you choose to do so, keep in mind your opponent may disengage and try to get away, if he makes it back to a keep/bk the fight is a draw and round 2 of the match will take place (this is to encourage people to fight it out rather than cheesing it up). There is to be zero outside interference, weather it be from ML abilites, bladeturn, ablatives, spear of kings, Divine intervention, or any other RA from another player not in the duel. *edit* Vampiirs please do not power up on mobs between the duels or before duels, however during the fight you can attack any mobs you wish. **edit* Though it is permissible to kill a mob after you get rezzed to get your baseline 14% power, (standard hib duel rules).
If a fight is interfered with by other players then you will need to redo that fight at another location (please pick locs away from typical rvr areas, popular pve areas, travel paths, etc. If you feel your opponent is cheating or being unfair, pls PM me right away and I will come witness the fight. With every round there will be several fights that I will ask to know location/time of fight once you agree upon one, so I can bring a level 20 skald camerabot to record the fight for a tribute video for the tournament.
