Our award winning program (named the "Outstanding Leadership Program of the Year" by the Association of Leadership Educators) is the answer to what industry is lacking -- a major missing piece in MBA programs. Learning to lead people successfully through organizational change, ethical decision making, understanding organizational systems and systems theory, are all key elements to the new millenium's rapid changes in today's business environment.
Our Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program answers industry's call and prepares you for greater opportunities in making a difference in your chosen profession.
The changing composition of the labor force is demanding increased skills in diversity issues, motivation, and desires among a rapidly changing market and the organization's employees. Organization's dawning recognition that it is a company's human resources that differentiates it from its competitors makes this program critical to HR professionals or those who need to master essential management skills in their chosen profession.
The Master of Science in Human Resources is a unique interdisciplinary program. The curriculum reflects a business foundation drawing from the insights of Chapman's human resources Advisory Board, which is composed of select senior executives from large organizations in California.
