This house can accommodate a max of 6 persons and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and a open plan kitchen. The house is newly build, furnished and fully equipped.
A breakage deposit of 50 % of one days rental is payable to the key holder on arrival and will be refunded within 14 days after departure if nothing has been broken or damaged.
No pets are allowed. Tenants must bring their own beach towels. Smoking only permitted on sundeck.
Daily cleaning service can be aranged at a additional cost.
