Some Helpful Hints:



  • VERY IMPORTANT! You should NEVER pay a fee to take surveys.
  • If you work in Market Research, you will not qualify for many surveys.
  • I use a seperate email address for surveys, and nothing else. I like GMail.
  • You should check your email daily (or several times a day) because paying surveys end quickly.
  • Some survey companies take several weeks to pay, usually 2 - 8 weeks.
  • Note all the surveys you take in a notebook, and include the company hosting the survey, promised payment and survey subject. I also save the original email invitation if applicable.
  • Some companies send out non paying "screener" surveys. Sometimes these surveys lead to paying surveys, or focus groups.
  • Many survey companies pay via PayPal. Be sure to add your survey email address to your account.
  • Form Filler software can help tremendously with the sign up process. I use RoboForm. Beware of Gator - it contains spyware. Roboform also keeps tracks of your log in and passwords.
  • Some sites require that you log in to your account and request payment. You may have to do several surveys to reach the minimum payout amount.
