Wisconsin Dells/Lake Wisconsin Vacation Home
This custom built 8 year old home is approx. 2200 sqft with 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and is located on beautiful Lake Wisconsin.
Bedrooms: A Master with a queen sized bed on the main floor with an attached bath. The Master has a TV with local stations only. There are two lower bedrooms with double beds.
Bathrooms: The Master has an attached bathroom with shower only. The lower bath has a separate shower and a whirlpool style bathtub.
Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a fridge w/water and freezer.
Living Room: The living room has a couch and two recliners and a 36” Flat Sony TV with a DVD Player and Direct-TV. The Direct-TV includes all main movie channels, including HBO, SHOWTIME, CINEMAX, etc. and local Chicago networks.
Porches/Patios: There is a large screened in porch on the upper level and a outdoor patio on the lower level.
Utilities/Laundry: The house has central air, purified deep well water and a washer and dryer.
Other: The lower level also has a futon/TV area that can be used as a fourth bedroom.
Lot Details/Location: The lot consists of 100 feet of level lake frontage in a quiet bay area. The Wisconsin Dells are approximately a 15 minute drive from the home. The house is also about 45 minutes from downtown Madison. Devil’s Head Resort is only 3 minutes away and has a 27 hole golf course. There is a long pier into the lake with a quiet and shallow swimming area for both children and adults. Additionally, if you are a boater and would like to bring your boat a pubic launching station is minutes away and may be docked at lake home pier at your own risk.
Rental Amount: The weekly rental amount is $2,500.00.
