The NBA Finals start on June 4. It'll be good 2 watch. The key matchup during this series will be Kenyon Martin against Tim Duncan. If Kenyon can keep Duncan under 20 rebounds every night, the Nets can win. Another thing to look for is Jason Kidd against Tony Parker. Both players can score in bunches, but Kidd is a better all around player. He can defend, rebound, which not many other PG's can do, and he can run the floor and deliver precision passes through numerous defenders.
This series ends up in NJ on June 8, and goes back to San Antonio on June 15. The games will be televised on ABC. Games 1,2,& 3 are at 8:30 EST. Games 4,5,& 6 are on at 8:00 EST.
I look for Jason Kidd to resign with NJ during the summer. After Game 1 in Detroit, during the Eastern Conference Finals, he said that he wouldn't be able to leave the team after everything he has done, he'd let everyone down. That's a good sign, considering I'm a Nets fan. Tim Duncan may sign with the Spurs this off season, it's too early to tell where he may go.
