FEE STRUCTURE All fees paid to us are tax deductible by you. Our fees as outlined below also apply where the placed candidate(s) was proposed as a result of our initial introduction. Candidates introduced by us who are subsequently appointed by you within 12 months of introduction are subject to our standard placement fees. Fee Scale & Salary Level Upto and Including $50,000.00 – 15% $50,000.00 and above 18% Fees are calculated as a percentage of the appointees’ total first year remuneration package; the combined value of base salary, superannuation, commissions, allowances, guaranteed or advanced income and car allowances. Company vehicles are included at a notional value of $12,000.00. Replacement Guarantee All candidates placed by J.F Waddington & Associates are subject to a Twelve (12) Month replacement guarantee. Should the chosen candidate leave your employ for whatever reason (excluding redundancy, company closure or death) before the end of the replacement guarantee, we will replace that candidate free of charge providing the following conditions have been met; 1. We have received payment in accordance with our fee scales and conditions referred to here. 2. We have sole rights to the replacement(s). 3. Any additional costs incurred whilst finding the replacement are borne by the client. . Conditions of Payment An initial retainer of 1/3rd of the agreed fee is payable within 7 days of commencing the assignment. Outstanding fees are payable on successful completion of the assignment and within 7 days of the successful candidates formal acceptance of the position. Advertising Advertising is a cost additional to the placement fee and is affected only with your prior approval. It is charged directly to your account by our Advertising Agency following your acceptance of copy and format. This expense is non-refundable irrespective of whether a placement is made and payable in accordance with the Advertising Agencies Terms of Business. Conditions of Business Whilst we endeavour to select candidates suitable to your needs, we can accept no personal liability compensation howsoever arising which you may suffer or for which you become liable, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of the introduction by us to you or the engagement by you on our introduction of any candidate.
