My name is Joyce Collins and I am the owner of Brighter Tomorrows In Arkansas. I provide free-lance office and research support for local and cyber businesses. In my spare time, I am a librarian at the Jefferson County Library.
My business began during an very dark and painful period of my life. I toyed with many different names, but none described how I feel about my life and my future. One day, while getting ready for work, I heard a commercial talking about "brighter tomorrows" for my hometown, Pine Bluff, AR. I thought, "Boy! Me, too! Where do I sign up?" And then it hit me.... I had my name!
This site is part of my efforts to create 'brighter tomorrows' for myself and others. It contains links to various money-making programs which are free to join. In addition, I have collected a series of reports to assist you in setting up your home office. These reports cover topics such as the basics of a home office, taxes, using the mail, advertising, how to use Visa/Master Card services, and many, many others. In addition, there are reports outlining, step-by-step, how to set up a wide variety of cottage businesses--businesses such as mail order, print brokering, operating a referral service, selling clip-art, operating a circular mailing service, publishing, and over a 100 more. I am a highly skilled researchist and my job at the Public Library allows me access to endless sources of information. In addition, I worked for 5 years for the FDA at the National Center for Toxicological Research and excel in writing reports, correspondence, and instruction manuals for the general population.
