Easy cash
Near the North Point Mall, you will find a cop who is chasing a gang member. If you run after them, and punch out the gang member you will earn $50 per punch. Just use fists (no weapons or the cop will pursue you) and don't hit the cop.
Save Point Home
Near the North Point Mall (across the street and to the North) you can purchase a home for only $2500 which can act as a convenient Save Point.
Locating PCJ 600 Motorcycle
Go to Vice Point, locate the Standing Vice Point building (near the beach). Drive along the sides of the building, located across the street from the makeshift ramp. You will find the PCJ 600 Motorocycle here and be able to try the missions. If you drive around for awhile and return to the same spot where you found the bike, sometimes different color PCJ 600's will appear.

Earning health via Pizza
Locate the pizzeria, go behind the restaurant and snatch the delivery moped. Press R3 to activate the Pizza Delivery Missions. Deliver 55 pizzas (without fail) and your health will increase by 50% (from 100 to 150).
Wheelie
While riding a motorcycle, press the Down direction twice to do a wheelie. To stand while on a motorcycle, press the Up direction twice.
Sharpen the graphics
If you find Vice City a little hazy, press Start and select Display. Set Trails to OFF. This will sharpen the graphics.
Increase stamina
Complete the Paramedic missions up to Mission 12, and your stamina while running while never decrease.
Exit a moving vehicle
If you have to exit your vehicle quickly press the Y button while driving. Tommy will be thrown from the vehicle.
Access Downtown early
Using the Dodo code, find a fast sports car and look for the blocked bridge to Downtown. Get up enough acceleration and fly over the obstruction to access the other area.
Weapons code
While playing a game, press R1, R2, L1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up. A message will NOT appear. This does not unlock certain special weapons such as the chainsaw.
Flying (Dodo) car
While playing a game, press Right, R2, Circle, R1, L2, Down, L1, R1. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. Accelerate and press Up to fly.

Completely Unique Cars*
Romero's Hearse: This car is availble during Avery's mission, "Two Bit Hit" Shoot the hearse until the driver flees, making sure not to blow up the hearse. Jack the hearse and take it to a garage to save it.
Love Fist: This special limo is available during most of the Love Fist missions. Simply beat the mission and go save your brand new limo.
Zebra Cab : Although im not sure , some people havent been able to get it after completing the Kaufman Cab Asset, so steal it while fighting the boss in the mission Cabmageddon.
*These are the only 2 completely unique cars.
Cars With Special Abilities
BP/EP/FP/DP/Spike and Tank Proof Admiral:
This car is available during the Colonel's mission "Guardian Angels" When Diaz arrives in this car you need to shot him in the head so his dead body rolls out of the car leaving the locked door open. Jack the car and go save it at a garage. All credit goes to Blue Zircon
BP/EP/Fp Sabre Turbo
Available during the Malibu mission "The Driver" Store a Rhino in a nearby garage and when the race starts go directly to that garage. Wait for Hilary near the end of the race and hit him so his car blows up. Then push it back to a garage to save. Alternative Strategy: Finish the race side by side with Hilary and he will vanish. Go knock the door off his car, get in, and go save. All credit goes to Blue Zircon
