SCHOOL HAPPENINGS
Tuesday 2/18 Fr. Ryan Exploded during Religion yelling, telling Chris that he had a little demon inside of him. He then stared at him for 3 solid minutes. Fr. Ryan later apologized to Chris.
Thursday 2/20 Mr. Kelley said Daniel had ADD.
Friday 2/21 Our ball goes over the fence during recess. We ask a woman walking by to get it for us. She bends down to pock it up when the crow Mrs. Miller yells numerous times at the lady not to pick up the ball. Igor is not coming back next year. Zach and Kyle most likely will. This is just what this school needs.
Thursday 2/27 Mrs. Miller takes the balls away because we were playing dodge ball. I don’t see a reason for this.
Monday 3/3 During computer class Ms. Keiss said we could listen to music. Ms. Pletcovich saw us listening to music and threatened us with detention. She said I am the teacher of the class as though Ms. Keiss is not a teacher. Mrs. Miller was throwing snowballs at the ninth graders. After a fifth grade threw a snowball Mrs. Miller told him not to.
Tuesday 3/4 Mr. Kelley says Kyle has ADD.
Wednesday 3/5 I was playing “Chugbe” when the ball went over the fence. Chris went to get it when a man walked by. I politely said, “Sir, could you please get that ball for us.” He said sure and I thanked him. As he was throwing the ball over the fence, Mrs. Miller yells, “Please don’t get the ball!” It’s too late and Daniel picks up the ball. Mrs. Miller said to Daniel, that Chris was going to get the ball so Daniel throws the ball back over the fence. She then comes to me and tells me that since I did not follow the rules I could not play “Chugbe” for the rest of the recess. I said, “WHAT, WHAT DID I DO?!” She said you are not to talk to strangers. I walked away laughing.
Friday 3/7 Mr. Kelley said that if he were the parent of some of the kids at school he would kill himself.
POLITICAL
1. The Rocky Mountain News and The Denver Post will no longer accept gun ads. This is ridiculous!!!! There is no reason for this childish action. It is just another step toward socialism. It says “Our intention is to provide a safe and responsible place for the gun enthusiast...” A bunch of BS!
2. A group of environmentalists are suing the bush administration to stop a change that would allow more people to ride snowmobiles in Yellowstone and Grand Trenton National parks. These environmentalists are a bunch of losers. They seem to think they are equal to a tree and think we are too.
3. I don’t know if you have heard about the no smoking in restaurants thing. They are trying to take away the right for people to smoke. I don’t smoke and it’s bad for you but that doesn’t mean you can take away their right to smoke. Next they will take away the right to eat a cheeseburger because it’s unhealthy and kills animals. Ridiculous!!!
