The property is a downstairs one in a block of 52 similar properties. It has a large living/dining area with sky TV a radio/CD player,& Dvd player.In the kitchen there is a washer, fridge freezer, oven & hob, microwave, iron & ironing board. There is also a hairdryer. There is air con in all the rooms.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Bedding and towels are supplied though we ask you to not take the towels out of the property. There is a sofa bed in the lounge. The property will sleep six. The bathroom has the usual four piece bathroom suite with a shower over the bath.
There is an electric meter for the electric supply.
There is a large patio at the front with table, chairs and sun loungers and a smaller patio at the back with washing lines.
The very large swimming pool is owned by the Formentera council and is open from July to September.
Los palacios is on the outskirts of Rojals which is a typical Spanish town. There is a variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs including a very nice English one that has a restaurant and has entertainment most nights.
There is a very pretty church a local museum and a lovely village square where you can sit and watch the world go by.
The river Segurs runs through the centre of Rojales, this is a lovely place to while away a few hours in the evening where many of the locals spend their spare time with the family.
There is a road of very lively discos in Rojales close by, these are mainly frequented by the Spanish and are open Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings till the early hours.
On Benimar urbanisation there is a large area where there is English bars, restaurants and entertainment supplied this is only a 10 minute walk away
Rojales is only 30 minutes away from Alicante Airport and 35 minutes from Murcia airport.
Guardamar is only about 10 minutes away from the property, here you will find a lively but not to tourist orientated town, where there is miles of fantastic beach with a blue flag for safety and cleanliness.
There is also a marina in Guardamar where you can organise all sorts of water sports and if you fancy some fresh air to your body there is a large nudist beach.
Guardamar is one of the preffered places that the Spanish, living inland go for their summer holidays.
If you are interested in Golf there are numerous 18 hole courses close by.There is one in Quesada, Rojales which is about 5 minutes away from the apartment. La Finca which is in Almoradi is only about 10 minutes away. Campoamor, La Ramblas and Villamartin can all be reached within 25 minutes.
Torrevieja is about 15 minutes away and this is a larger tourist resort with all the usual facilities, beaches,water sports, lots of restaurants, bars and discos.There is also a water park in Quesada Rojales a few minutes drive from the apartment.
PRICE FROM £175 TO £275 A WEEK DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR. NO EXTRA CHARGES ADDED ON FOR BANK HOLIDAYS.
I would recommend hiring a car to enjoy the area fully.
