~KiTTiE Bio~
The whole idea of KiTTiE was conceived by Mercedes Lander and Fallon Bowman back in 1997, after realizing they shared the same musical interests. Morgan Lander, who started the guitar and piano at age 8, heard them jamming in her basement and decided she should join them. She then realized her singing talent, mixed with Fallon's insane guitar riffs and Mercedes' pulsating drumming, sounded pretty damn good.
They picked up former bassist, Tanya Candler, and began playing Silverchair and Nirvana covers together. In late 1999, the were signed to Artemis Records, and recorded their debut album, "Spit". After recording Spit, KiTTiE decided to support the album and tour. Tanya Candler quit the band, she wanted to finish High School.
KiTTiE reluctantly picked up Talena Atfield and they began touring. They performed at Ozzfest 2000, and have toured since. In June of 2001, they began recording their Sophmore album, "Oracle".
In August of 2001, guitarist Fallon Bowman left the band, rumored to have been displaying "cult behavior". Morgan Lander created the guitar and piano parts for "Oracle" and KiTTiE's guitar technician plays for them live.
Talena Atfield recently departed the band, reasons are still unannounced by the media as well as the band.
Morgan Lee Lander--Lead vocals/guitar
~Morgans Bio~
Morgan Lee Lander- Born on January 2, 1982. Morgan Lander heard Mercedes and Fallon playing in the Lander basement one day. She decided to sing along with them. KiTTiE was formed, began playing clubs later on, and were eventually signed to Artemis Records. They have released two studio albums, and one live album since.
Fallon Bowman--vocals/guitar

Height: 5' 2"
Piercings: Fallon has four piercings; 2 6 gauge tunnels(ears), nose(right side) and belly button(bottom). Fallon says she has taken alot of them out.
Tattoos: Chinese symbol for courage(stomach/hip) scorpion(right leg)
Born November 16, 1983 in South Africa. Fallon met Mercedes Lander in their gym class, and realized that they had shared similar musical interests. They decided to play together one day in the Lander basement. Fallon reportedly left the band in August of 2001.
Mercedes Lander--Drums (sitting next to Morgan)

Height: 5' 6"
Tattoos: Mercedes has a purple star below her belly button, a dragon, a KiTTiE symbol on her left ankle and a flower containing her family members names.
Peircings: Mercedes has 8 total peircings. They are: Labret, right eyebrow, tounge, nostril and identical pairs in both ears.
Mercedes Lander- Born on January 25, 1984. Mercedes Lander met Fallon Bowman in gym class, realizing they had similar tastes in music, decided they should begin playing together. As they jammed in the Lander basement, Morgan decided to join them, and that's how KiTTiE was formed.

Talena Atfield- Born on January 14, 1983. Talena Atfield replaced former KiTTiE bassist Tanya Chandler, after Tanya decided to finish school, instead of touring the US. Talena reportedly left the band March 20, 2002.
