The sign panel is made of 20 gauge aluminum plate, coated with sprayed-on epoxy paint. The post is steel with baked-on enamel and it's topped-off with a polypropylene finial for a touch of class.
The horizontal arm that holds the sign is also made of molded polypropylene. We use our own injection molding dies so we can maintain the highest levels of quality.
We custom-cut the NightVision™ Reflective Numbers from the same material that the Federal Highway Administration uses on all highway signs. It is a permanent, highly reflective material that can be seen from great distances.
