ARE YOU LOOKING FOR INVESTMENT RICHES IN EARLY STAGE HIGH-TECH COMPANIES!!!!!
Accredited or wealthy investors from around the world do you dream of finding and investing in the next upstart high technology venture, long before they are listed on the public market?
Are you seeking investment deals in US startup high technology companies that have the potential of paying incredible returns?
Do you imagine hitting an investment home run like most venture capitalist where returns can be greater than 100 percent per annum?
If so, please read on for what I believe may be the way for you to find that emerging superstar company - allowing you to invest like a US venture capitalist in the early stage.
Did you know that by investing at a company's ground level it is much easier for stock to appreciate from a market capitalization of $2 to 5 million to well over $50 million at the initial public offering (IPO). As a hypothetical example, if an early investment of $1 million is made in a company with a premoney valuation of $3 million, a 25 percent stock ownership would be obtained. Provided the company had not raised any additional funding, a future IPO at a premoney valuation of $75 million would value their holdings at close to $19 million (even if an additional $2 million of funding was obtained by the company at a valuation of $12 million the value of your stock at the IPO would be nearly $16 million).
Clearly, the key to this scenario is finding the right high technology start-up firm and investing in it. But how does one find these opportunities, in the United States, especially if your not from this country or not connected? Your options are limited. Maybe one could participate in a venture fund - in which your funds may be a small part of the overall funding. Or one could join a matchmaking service where the quality of companies participating may not be so wonderful.
There is a solution - you could hire my more than ten years of venture capital experience to find companies that are coming out of the research laboratories, colleges, universities and other development centers (with some exception in New York State), most of which represent next generation, cutting-edge products. I will search various organizations screening different companies and their patented technology as they are in their raw state, all in search of a superstar. Since my goal is to find the right high technology startup so that I can join them in the capacity of a Chief Financial Officer, you will have the opportunity to invest in that venture at ground zero (a win-win situation). And should you decide to invest in the company I join, you will be part of one that has a former venture capitalist with more than ten years of experience as well as a new cutting-edge technology showing great potential.
THE DEAL:
A contract will be drafted in which you will hire me for up to 12 months (continue reading below for how your obligation would run from 1 to 12 months) at $4,166 (US Dollars) per month to provide company finding services. This amount includes expenses for travel to various institutions, which will allow me to meet with the appropriate individuals responsible for the technology and startup companies. At present, I have already been to some within the Northeast. Every two weeks I will report to you with a detailed list of prospective companies that I have examined (although I may reject them you will have the opportunity to pursue investment). My goal will be to find the right venture, one with patented technology and enormous potential, to join as a CFO. When I have accomplished this your obligation of monthly expenses will cease. Therefore, if it takes one month to find that quality company, you will have only paid me $4,166 and will be presented with what I believe is an opportunity of a lifetime - to invest in an early-stage high technology company, one with the potential of hitting the home run.
What will make this very attractive to a prospective company is the fact that they will be hiring someone with my credentials. I possess more than 10 years in the venture capital industry, an MBA in Management/Finance from Union College (two former Presidents of the USA had attended), and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from LeMoyne College (see resume below). The company will also be presented the opportunity to raise private funding, since your investment will likely follow my hiring.
My role with you however, will only be as a finder service. I will not represent you in any deal you pursue, nor can I counsel you in any manner. This will also be the case when I find that potential star company - you will be making your own decision as to if and how much you would like to invest, including the terms and conditions associated with it.

VENTURE BIO:
As a veteran venture capitalists with more than ten years of experience investing between $50K and $350K into early-stage high-technology companies, I am presently seeking to leap to the other side and join an exciting startup, one with patented technology.
Within the role of a venture capitalist (Junior and Senior Finance Associate), I have handled all facets of the investment process, including: business plan analysis; company site visits; due diligence investigation; investment recommendation; company valuation; deal negotiation; and follow on monitoring. Hired as a new team to handle the investment function, I have learned this business from four Associates whom have had extensive entrepreneurial and financial experience. In addition, I have had the good fortune to work with some prominent Investment Committee members: George McNamee, Chairman of First Albany Corporation; Alan Patricof - legend in the venture capital world; and Steve Dondero - former President of Grumman Ventures.
With more than ten years of employment in the venture capital industry, I have analyzed and worked with a number of high technology companies. One investment I recommended concerned Progenics Pharmaceuticals. A total of $350K was invested into the company at $4 and $5 per share. Earlier this year, the company's stock was trading at $96, valuing the investment at $8.2 million.
With respect to the position of a Chief Financial Officer within a startup, I bring a great deal of expertise to the table. My more than ten years of venture experience would be an invaluable asset to any early-stage high technology firm. As with all young firms there are many hurdles to overcome as well as pitfalls to avoid. My knowledge and understanding of companies at this level can assist in steering a company in the right direction, away from some of the many mistakes commonly made.
