Great decorating is not just having beautiful things it is knowing what to do with those beautiful things. It is about creativity, blending the old with the new, combining the pieces you have accumulated over the years with the new things that make your home perfect.
Think about what you would like to see happen in your home - then call us. We would discuss what elements of your home you would like to work on. Redesign? Colors? Organization? Accessorizing? ...
Fee: Complimentary Initial Consultations - thereafter: $50.00/hr.
One Day Redesign
... the art of working with what you already own to transform your home. We “break down” your room and then browse your home for hidden treasures you may have tucked away. After physically moving your furniture, we then place your artwork and accessories to finish the effect. The average room takes 4 to 6 hours. You are then provided with a shopping list of any missing components of your room.
FEE- $250 for a One Day Room Makeover
Personal Shopping
Looking for the perfect flooring, furniture, accessory... whatever it is your room needs, let us do the legwork for you.
FEE-$50 for each hour.
Clutter Control
Is the clutter in your life effecting your life? We specialize in organization and clutter control for your living spaces. Keeping clutter to a minimum truly showcases the spaces you have.
Fee Determined by project size.
Selling Your Home?
You only get one chance to make a 1st impression . What is that perspective buyer seeing in YOUR home that you no longer see. If you want to maximize for that quick sale we offer 2 services:
1. Consultations...A walk through with the Buyer's eye. What do they see, smell, hear or feel when they approach and enter your home? Complete with a homeowners checklist on what needs to be: changed, cleaned, stored, removed, repaired, freshened.
Fee $100.00
2. Resale Redesign… this includes in addition to the above check list:
Furniture placement to help your rooms appear larger, brighter and more inviting.
Organization to help closets and all storage areas appear more spacious and efficient.
All recommendations for Paint/ Repairs/ and Upgrades are the responsibility of the owner.
