DISMISSED

Thank you for reading my documents concerning my ordeal.

My name is Rasheem Matthew and in the documents, LAJay, is my nickname.

In 1996, Honorable Judge Daniel Gaul's opinion and order reversed my conviction. The prosecutor appealed and delayed the process until the year 2000.

Within this time frame, someone politically approached Judge Daniel Gaul, and in March 2000, he reinstated my conviction on a "made-up" technicality.

He admitted to injustice, yet-reinstated my conviction.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that political strings were pulled.

The state's only alleged eyewitness, Theodore Roulette, admitted he lied to help authorities convict me in exchange of a deal for his own troubled affairs, which remain consistent with all court documents.

This sworn statement was given back in 1991, two weeks after Theodore Roulette was arrested on more new charges.

The prosecutor visited Mr. Roulette in jail, and Roulette stated that family members made him give that statement.

The prosecutor presented the judge with the statement, and Mr. Roulette's charges were dismissed and he was released to freedom.
