Check out the following sites. I have listed the basic amounts you can earn at each without any referrals. Add referrals and multiply you amount of earnings.
Dreamstar Mails - This may be the best of the lot. With this PTR you can make $1 or $2 a day or more. Get the referrals and make even more.
AYS(All you submitters) - Just like Dreamstar mails. You can make a couple of dollars a day or more.
Cash Crazy Ads - Make around 50 cents per day. You can make more just get the referrals and let them do the work for you.
Cash Crazy Mails - Make up to 60 cents per day. Of course you can make more.
Charmed Cents - Make 40 - 60 cents per day with no referrals.
