Perico's Baseball Cards
Perico's Harry Potter Cards
Hello, I am Perico... We shall help you identify Poke'mon... We know this is all old stuff... Okay, we have deleted the small stupid stuff from our site and put in new, cool stuff! Come see!
Please post your card names, problems, and scans of cards on your email... We will give you advice on which cards to use them against in the P.T.C.G...Plus, if you are struggling with the game, tell us what types of decks you are trying to beat, and we will advise you what cards to put in your deck. Please come here often.
1) My specialty is putting a deck with 1 type weak against the other,(for example my wetflame deck has water&fire). And also if u want to do a graet deck against someone and know what types of cards it has,put in pokemon who are strong against the pokemon and resistant against the pokemon.I hope u will make up your own specialty!! Good luck on being the best pokemon card player!!!Oh yea and that Pikachu's thunder jolt that Perico lost by was my Pikachu...
Great combo cards by Ikapu
who is no longer working for me ;(
2)I've got to say that Perico is right (he says not to mix different types of Poke'mon) but my Super Scyther deck says that incorrect...Because Poke'mon cards also can be combined in decks...Just like my Super Syther deck...I ombined my scyther, my
Dark Arbok and my Dark Weezing...I combined my water Poke'mon with that, just in case fire pokemon take over the throne...so combine your cards well, and make a perfect deck!!!!!!!!!!
by someone who doesn't work here anymore... Ikapu...
3) Here is another report by Perico.
(Note From Perico: Do you know my last name? It's Ocirep.)
Now, as I have said, for as long as I knew how to play the Poke'mon TCG, I never reccomended
(and still do not) using more than 2 types of Poke'mon in one deck. There are exceptions, though.
Scyther is a very strong Poke'mon with the Grass energy attached, but that is not the only reason many people like it. Its second attack, Slash, can do 30 damage easily in any kind of deck. 70 HP makes it one of the strongest Poke'mon in the world. (Might that be why Ikapu made a deck about it?) All right, all right... You want to know what kinds of energy can work together? I guess so.

Poke'mon™ Cards
Many people don't know how to
play Poke'mon™ cards.
If you learn how to play, you
may have a new game to play.
Now new, cheap Poke'mon™ card computer games are being made.
Plus there are Poke'mon™ card holders that eject cards each turn.
They can stop your cards from being ruined!
Old ways of drawing are not as popular.
This may ruin your cards but could be easier to use.
Many people have different views on the PTCG.
Schoolteachers think they are distracting children.
Some stores have PTCG leagues.
Many children like Poke'mon™ cards.
Many fake cards can be made.
Poke'mon™ cards may be overpriced.
Not all people have a card store close by to buy Poke'mon™ cards.
Some people do not like prices of Poke'mon™ cards.
Now PTCG leagues are open almost every day.
Poke'mon™ cards are easy to play with at home, so anyone can play if they have Poke'mon™ cards.
The PTCG involves a lot of luck and that cannot be helped. Therefore some people do not like it.
Some people like games of luck and like the PTCG.
You can play the PTCG at home, but you can play with even more people if you sign up for a PTCG league at Toys 'R' Us, Zany Brainy or any other participating store.
Oops, we're sorry, it's…
--The End--
THE RULES 5) Oh, and anyway, we didn't upgrade the day before either! Here it all is.
The Rules-By Perico
In order to play Poke'mon™ cards, you need a 60-card deck of Poke'mon™ cards containing only up to 4 of each card except Basic Energy.
When you start your game, shuffle your deck (your opponent does the same for all of these). Then you place 6 prizes. Then you draw 7 cards(your hand) and place up to 5 Basic Poke'mon™ on your bench. If you have none, shuffle your hand into your deck and draw 5 cards(your opponent draws an extra 2). Then you may choose one of your benched Poke'mon™ and select it as your Active Poke'mon™ . If you choose that, you may place one more Poke'mon from your hand on to your bench. Or, you can choose to select another Basic Poke'mon from your hand (if you have any) and select it as your Active Poke'mon™. Then flip a coin to decide who goes first. If you go first (or second), you draw a card from your deck, and then you may attach 1 energy card to 1 of your Poke'mon. If your active Poke'mon gets an energy card that's picture looks the same as (if any) the single energy card. Then you may do what is typed next to it (attack). Put 1 damage counter for every 10 damage the attack does (the number after the typing). Once your opponent has as much (or more) damage than its HP, put it and all energy cards attached to it into your discard pile. Then your opponent activates one of their benched Poke'mon™ . If they have none, they lose. After each Poke'mon™ is knocked out, you draw a prize. When you have one, you lose. But before you do that (once you attack your turn ends so you can't do this then), you can play a Trainer card. Treat it as if it were an attack. On your second turn, third turn , fourth turn (and so on) you may attach an energy card. You also continue to draw a card at the beginning of each turn. Once you have no cards in your deck, you lose.
Some attacks and Trainer cards have a status effect on you opponent's Poke'mon™ . They are called Sleep, Paralysis, Poison and Confusion.
Sleep: Flip a coin in-between turns. Until heads, that Poke'mon™ can't attack.
Paralysis: That Poke'mon™ can't attack until next turn.
Poison: That Poke'mon™ takes 10 damage at the beginning of each turn.
Sometimes you may want to switch your active Poke'mon™ with one of your benched Poke'mon™ . You must pay the number of Energy cards under the retreat cost of that card.
If you want you may use evolution cards (stage 1 and stage 2) on the basic Poke'mon™ it evolves from, but not on the turn you drew them or evolved them..
Weakness to your opponent's active's type lets your Poke'mon™ take double damage from them and resistance makes you take 30 less if you are resistant to that type.
Poke'mon™ Powers can be used before you attack, and after them you can continue your turn and attack!
A tricky rule is non-basic Energy. Colorless (star) energy only works if the attack says it needs colorless energy, while you could use 2 of any type for that.
And what about today's report?
6)Collecting Poke'mon Cards-By Perico
To play Poke'mon™ cards, you need a deck of 60 cards. But how can you build a deck without any cards? You can't! You could buy a deck, but it would be easier to use if it were your own. Still a Starter Set will make it easier to play, but you'll need to open packs of Poke'mon™ cards to build a deck. There are currently 8 sets of packs you can collect. Here is a list of them with cards to look for.
Base Set 1: Blastoise (Squirtle+Wartortle required), Bill, Professor Oak
Base Set 2: Blastoise (Squirtle+Wartortle required), Bill, Professor Oak
Jungle: Scyther, Pinsir
Fossil: Aerodactyl (Myst. Fossil required), Ditto
Team Rocket: Dark Gyrados (Magicarp required)
Neo Genesis: Feraligatr (Croconaw+Totodile required)
Neo Discovery: Scizor (Scyther required)
Now look for these cards and collect them before you build a deck on your own.

Okay... I am Perico @ my dad's office. I have some Poke'mon card stuff to talk about still.
Well, Perico's back. I know a few cool tips on the PTCG!
1. When building a deck, never put in more than 3 types of Poke'mon cards (as I have previosly said).
2. Try to look for cards that "help" each other. (Such as Gust of Wind and Chansey... Use gust of wind to get out that annoying 80-HP remaining Blastoise)
3. Okay... Another strategy is to try to distract your oponent... Send out a few Ratattas while you use Bill and Computer Search to get the perfect cards!
That's all for now (this keboard stinks too)!

8) I still have to post reports! I have one now, so listen up.
My new report is all about starting to build a deck.
When you want to build one, follow these steps.
1. Select what kind of deck you want. Here is a list of the types of
decks and a short description.
Haymaker-A deck made to attack quickly.
Rain Dance-A deck using Blastoise's famous Poke'mon Power.
Stall-A deck to try to run the opponent out of cards.
2. Select what type of Poke'mon you want to put in your deck. Below is a list of some good types.
Fighting-Good in a Haymaker deck.
Water-Only type avaliable for a Rain Dance deck.
Colorless-Goes good with rock-type Fighting Poke'mon in a Stall deck.
3. Now choose what Trainer cards you want to put in your deck. Below there are a few.
Bill-Draw 2 cards.
Professor Oak-Discard your hand, then draw 7 cards.
Computer Search-Discard 2 cards in order to search your deck for any card and put it into your hand.
4. Now that you have your deck, it's time to test it. Use it like you
were playing a game, so shuffle your deck & draw 7 cards. If the
cards you get work together, such as 3 Water Energy, 1 Pokemon
Breeder, 1 Squirtle, 1 Blastoise, and one Bill, your deck seems to be working fine. But if you get cards that do nothing together, such as 2 Watortle, 1 Squirtle, 2 Grass Energy, and 2 Poke'mon Center, your deck needs some fixing.
9) Don't Let 'em Fool Ya
a report about looking closer
by Perico
Hi, Perico here! Don't let cards with big HP fool ya! Just by opening a pack of cards and saying... 40 HP... Bad card... 100 HP... Good card... and so on gets you nowhere!!! Let's say you were playing and you said "Bamm! Here's my best card... Snorlax! He has 100 HP! He's a great card!". Then your friend you were playing against sent out his just-evolved Wartortle! You tried to attack, but you needed too many energy cards to attack until next turn. So your friend, knowing that Snorlax had high HP but low attack damage, luckily enough had enough energy cards to use Bite, which is 3, and the attack does 40 damage! So, your friend used Bite and did 40 damage, leaving you Snorlax with 60 HP. You attach a Fighting energy to the Snorlax, giving it enough energy to attack. You flip tails, and Snorlax does 10 damage leaving Wartortle with 50 HP. Wartortle uses Bite, snorlax now has 20 HP, Snorlax attacks and flips Heads,Wartortle takes 10, it is parlyized so Snorlay attacks again... Wartortle has 30, it is not parylzed, does 40 and K.O.s Snorlax. Now have you learned a good lesson about HP?
10) Hi, I'm back again. I'm Perico, of course. Today my report is about how to use attacks that hit you with recoil.
Let's take Magnemite, for example. When it uses Selfdestruct, it is usually knocked out. But if you attach a Defender, the card reads "...Magnemite does 40 damage to itself." That means if you use Defender, it takes 20, and therefore is not knocked out.
But now let's look at Fossil Magneton. Its Selfdestruct says "...Magneton does 100 damage to itself.". Magneton has 80 HP, so you would need 2 Defenders to get it back to 20 HP. Unless you have 1 prize and your opponent has 2, I wouldn't be using that attack so often.
Finally, let's take a look at Neo 1 Pineco. It is like Magnemite, although it has no other attacks (Pineco has Selfdestruct). If you want to make a deck with it, put in all 4 Defenders and Recycle or any card like that. Then hen you use Pineco, you can use a Defender or two and do 40 damage for however much HP you allow.
