The Stone's Wrestlemania Predictions!
World Title
-Triple H (c) vs. Booker T
***The Stone says...Triple H. Do you really think Super Nose would job to Booker T at 'Mania??? I mean, the guy is sleeping with the boss's daughter. The Stone has made mistakes in the past, predicting against HHH.....not this time. Triple Nose keeps the title. Although The Stone would love to see Booker T get a title run.
WWE Title
-Kurt Angle (c) vs. Brock Lesnar
***The Stone says...Brock. Is there really any doubt. Brock has been on track to win at Wrestlemania for....well, as long as he's been in the WWE. Not to mention that Kurt has a broken neck, and will need time off for surgery after this match. The Stone thinks this will be a good match, but The Next Big Thing will become The Next Big Champ, again.
20 Years In The Making
-Vince McMahon vs. Hulk Hogan
***The Stone says...Hulk Hogan. Vince has been playing up this match big time. Wrestlemania is usually the climax of long fueds, finally seeing the face get the heel in the ring to beat the crap out of them. This match should be no different, after all, this one is "20 year in the making." Don't be surprised to see Vinnie Mac pull up something, maybe Shane O Mac to help him, but Hulkamania will come out on top.
Round Three
-Steve Austin vs. The Rock
***The Stone says...The Rock. Mr. Movie Star has lost to Stone Cold twice at 'Mania, something that has to be bugging The Great One. The Rock's heel turn is going very well, and look for The Rock to use some type of "heelish" way to win over Austin.
Singles Match
-Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Jericho
***The Stone says...Chris Jericho. This is the time when HBK "passes the torch" to Jericho. Kevin Nash may make some appearance as well, but Shawn will do the job at 'Mania.
Tag-Team Match
-Nathan Jones & Undertaker vs. Big Show & A-Train
***The Stone says...Big Show & A-Train. But The Stone also says, what the heck is the point to this match??? Big Show and A-Train don't even deserve to have a match at the biggest PPV of them all, but The Stone suspects this match will separate the teacher and student (LazyTaker and Jones). No, Taker won't ruin his streak, Jones will take the fall. But something will happen to piss them off at each other, setting up a Taker/Jones match at Backlash.
WWE Tag Team Titles
-Team Angle (c) vs. Chris Benoit & Rhyno vs. Los Guerreros
***The Stone says...Team Angle. The Stone does not have a good feel on this one, but he feels Shelton and Charlie are getting a big push. Benoit and Rhyno aren't even a real tag team, and Los Guerros are getting over fine with the belts. Look for Team Angle to get some outside help and retain the titles.
Cruiserweight Title
-Matt Hardy (c) vs. Rey Mysterio
***The Stone says...Rey Mysterio. It has been a good run for Mattitude with the belt, but Mysterio is the big attraction in the Cruiserweight division. Coming off an injury, he's due to have a nice long title run, with hopefully some exciting cruiserweight matches along the way.
Womens Title
-Victoria (c) vs. Trish Stratus vs. Jazz
***The Stone says...Jazz. The "Bitch" is back, and is ready to take over the WWE women's division. Jazz is one scary looking biotch, while Victoria is just strange. The Stone is not sure that he really cares who wins this one...but he does feel Jazz will be it.
World Tag Team Titles
-Chief Morely & Lance Storm vs. Rob Van Dam and Kane
The Stone says...Chief Morely and Lance Storm. The Stone hears this match will be moved back to HeAT. It's a shame to have RVD on HeAT while Big Show and frickin' A-Train have a match. Morely and Storm have unfinished business with the Dudley Boyz, but Bubba is hurt and can't work the PPV, so that match will be saved for next month or beyond. Again, The Stone thinks it's a shame RVD is this kind of match....on HeAT.
Sot that's it. The Stone has spoken. After 'Mania, The Stone will tell you how his predictions lined up with the real thing, or maybe now the writers should read The Stone's site, and quit listening to Super Nose and Super Nose's girlfriend.
