GET A LIFE!!!
Japan has more than its fair share of geeks; computer geeks, anime geeks, manga geeks...Sadly, too many of the foreigners who come here are also geeks banished from their own society, flocking to Japan as geek pioneers to carve out their own piece of Geekdom. And the sooner they all catch some form of Geek plague, the better for the rest of us.
Here we have your typical Anime/Manga geek; overweight, socially inept, not deserving of the life giving air that fills his lungs. Surprisingly, he's ventured out from his stinky dark cavern filled with take away boxes and cartoon porn.
What you are witnessing is a girl dressing up as his favourite cartoon character so that he can take pictures of her infront of the cherry blossom, and beat a hasty retreat back to his underground hovel to commit unspeakable acts with the developed images.
What's maybe worse is that she's probably a schoolgirl prostitute - there's an epidemic of young girls who sell there used underwear and bodies in Japan, so they can afford the newest Mobile Phones and designer gear. The dark side of Japan
