Gloria Rowell, 10820 Tacoma, Notary Public, her name appears on forged and falsified documents Hutchinson submitted to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. I shudder to think of what else Hutchinson may have been able to notarize with her assistance, whtere it was knowingly or not.

Hutchinson falsified his address as being 10408 Revere instead of 10418 Reno on court documents in order to defraud you and prevent you from collecting the money he owed you. The statute of limitations has been suspended due to this attempt at intentional concealment. Please contact your attorney, I have spoken with her, she has valuable information for you. You have valuable testimony for us, you can help us establish a pattern of intent to deprive another of property, goods, money etc.

Unknown female from Atlanta, Hutchinson sold your house in Cleveland Hts. without your knowledge or consent.

Person who may have purchased white 1992 Buick Park Avenue from Hutchinson after May 1997. This car may have left the state or been scrapped.

#1 Buick Park Avenue given to Hutchinson by Rev. Gill
Two titles to this vehicle have been found, both notarized by Gloria Rowell, although the most recent title is an obvious forgery. The mileage on the title was falsified to reflect more than 99,000 miles than it actually had. This vehicle has vanished into thin air, no other Ohio title, registration or abstract history is recorded. The original title with Mr. Gill's signature states a selling price of $700.00, however the forged title reads "giff" as selling price.

#2 Hermaphrodite Calls and Visit
During the summer of 1997 and lasting into the fall of 1998, two elderly women, not acquainted with each other, but both knew Hutchinson, began to receive late night sexually explicit phone calls from a "Hermaphrodite". The otherwise unidentified caller would announce in excruciating detail the acts she/he wanted to perform on these elderly ladies. The husband of one of the women was a gentleman who was attempting to press charges against Hutchinson when the calls began. She remains terrified to this day and is steadfast in her belief that it was a poorly disguised Hutchinson who was responsible. The other lady, Mrs. Gill, is also firm in her belief that Hutchinson was behind the calls to her. The calls she received followed a pattern, if her husband refused to allow Hutchinson to borrow their car, the calls would occur. The weekend after Thanksgiving 1998, I received a late night phone call from a terrorized Mrs. Gill begging for help. This "hermaphrodite" had allegedly appeared at her home and was knocking on her door demanding to be let in. No one but Hutchinson (who let this person inside) has ever seen this person. Although Mrs. Gill wanted to notify the police, her husband refused, stating that he didn't want Hutchinson to get into trouble with the police again. Hutchinson has never been refused the use of the Blazer since and the calls, from the "Hermaphrodite" at least, have stopped.

#3 Co-Habitation with Girlfriend
After only a few months of wedded bliss Hutchinson moved a woman and her two children into a free apartment at 6203 Superior. Was his marriage to Monica a sham from the beginning? Despite all the evidence that Hutchinson is making a fool of her, his wife remains blindly devoted to him, participating in his duplicity and placing herself in danger of a prison term as well.

#4 Accusation of Sexual Harrassment from/by Minister
Sometime in 1996, the much respected and admired pastor of an East Side Missionary Baptist Church attended by Hutchinson and his wife/girlfriend Monica was accused of making an inappropriate sexual advance toward her. The minister stepped down while an internal investigation was conducted by the church council. The claims were later found to be untrue and unsubstantiated and the pastor was reinstated. Parishoners claim that it was no secret Hutchinson wanted to preside over the congregation.


#5 Rush to "Marriage" with Monica C. Dean
On November 3 1995, Hutchinson and Monica C. Dean applied for a marriage license,(#791227) The date was her 18th birthday. They requested the court to waive the waiting period and the marriage certificate was signed by "Rev. William Gill -pastor" although the signature is not that of Rev. Gill's. Neither Monica C. Dean nor Hutchinson was gravely ill, Ms. Dean was not pregnant....why was it necessary to request a waiverance of the five-day waiting period? Ms. Dean's parents reportedly did not approve of her choice, what set of parents would want their teen-age child to marry someone twice her age, who was chronically unemployed and had a somewhat spurious history including a bi-coastal criminal record? Hutchinson claims on the marriage application that he had not been married before, a violation of ORC 3101.05. Was the rush to marry an effort to prevent his former wife in Georgia from contacting the court regarding his unwillingness to pay child support? Did Monica even know at that time that her beloved had been married and had a child - is this what he might have been trying to avoid, discovery of yet another lie? Other than her youth, she really had nothing to offer, if you spotted her 20 points her I.Q. might reach the triple digits, she did not come from a wealthy family, less than five months later he moved his girlfriend and her children into an apartment in the building he managed so how "in love" could he have been with her - he certainly wasn't keeping his vows even early on...could this have been done to gain respectablility within the Prayer Temple, to gain the trust of the elderly members so he could then proceed to rip them off? This is one of those imponderables.

#6 What the heck is up with James L. Hardiman Esq.?
Many criminals, at least the more successful ones, weigh the risks of committing a crime against the reward. Why is it that Hardiman continually risks his license to practice law in order to continue his acts of misprision on behalf of Hutchinson? In January of this year, Hutchinson was to appear before Judge James Celebreeze to answer as to why he has not paid child support, $16,000.00 in arrears. Hutchinson's attorney reportedly informed the judge that his client was to ill to appear before the court. This is a blatant untruth, Hutchinson was not then, and is not today, ill. A capias was issued by the judge for Hutchisnons immediate arrest but of course, the warrant had his old address, which his attorney could have corrected. Hardiman's services do not come cheaply but Hutchinson is unemployed -who is paying his legal tab? I find it difficult to believe that Hardiman would be doing all of this "pro bono". After all, this is the same attorney who tried to bilk the local NAACP out of $900.00 an hour legal fees - if he doesn't have the generosity to submit reasonable fees to a non-profit Civil Rights organization why would he risk his license by perjuring himself before the courtin order to provide free legal services to Hutchinson? What is in this for him?

#7 On January 1 1997, Hutchinson, a Rev. Ratliff and other members of the Prayer Temple met at a Southgate buffet-style restaurant for fellowship and to coerce Mr. Gill into accepting a plan where the deed, the bank accounts, and other assets of the Prayer Temple would be turned over to Hutchinson and Ratliff. Hutchinson promised to sell the church and move the congregation to a better location if they did so. When on of the church members realized what they were planning he excused himself and telephoned another elder to inform him of the conspiracy. This elder then rushed to the church and changed the locks. Has Hutchinson convinced Rev. Gill that he is involved somehow in a crime? Is this why Rev. Gill perjures himself to protect Hutchinson? Is he somehow fearful of being arrested himself? The indebtedness Rev. Gill shows to Hutchinson is unnatural, it smacks of fear and intimidation and has long been a puzzle to family members.

#8 Or, is Rev. Gill protecting Hutchinson because of Lillian Reedy's involvement in the swindle? Mrs. Reedy, unbeknownst to the Gills, gave Hutchinson credit cards belonging to her aunt and uncle. Hutchinson proceeded to charge to the limit, supplies, clothing, etc. Mrs. Reedy then, again without the Gills knowledge, refinanced their property to pay off this debt. During the Probate matters, when questioned about the refinancing Mrs. Reedy stated that it was done to pay off "extensive credit card debt that occured due to the Gills reckless spending habits". Rev. and Mrs. Gill were somewhat surprised but did not question how they could have done this and what they bought. Two weeks later, Mrs. Reedy informed Mrs. Gill that all her money was gone. This caused Mrs. Gill to lapse into a deep, non-responsive depression and she was taken to South Point Hospital. While there she was diagnosed with the cancer that is draining her life from her at this time. Despite all of this, Mrs. Reedy is, after all, blood and in the misguided spirit of forgiveness, Mr. Gill may be protecting her from prosecution.

#9 According to a probation report, Hutchinson used the name "William Gill(s)" as an alias as early as five years ago. Why didn't the probation officer notify Mr. Gill of this? In the ensuing five years Hutchinson (allegedly) received as many as seven credit cards in Mr. Gill's name and charged approximately $90,000.00 worth of goods, services and cash advances against them. Hutchinson would eagerly await the mail carrier at the beginning of each month and retrieve the mail for the Gills as well as himself, pretending to do so in order to relieve Mr. Gill of having to go up and down the stairs. We believe this was actually done in order to filter the credit card statemments and dunning letters. Because Mr. Gill was not forewarned of the possibilty of having his name used by a convicted criminal, (who incidentally was on probation because of a crime using someone else's credit card), the Gills were unable to diligently guard their resources. Why didn't the Gill's niece, Lillian Reedy, who eventually received the dunning letters look into this situation? Did she also benefit from this fraud?
