What documentation do I need to submit?
You do not need to submit any documentation for the standard card. However, if you want to use ACH direct deposit to load your card, you will have to upgrade to verification level 2. This is primarly if you want to withdraw Paypal, Stormpay, 2checkout, etc. to this card.
OK. I want to use ACH direct deposit to load this card with Paypal or Stormpay - what documentation do I need to submit?
1. Front and back of a government issued ID
2. Front and back of a valid piece of photo ID
3. Copy of a utility bill showing an address that matches either
the government ID or the photo ID
You only need to submit this documentation if you want to use ACH direct deposit. If you do not need this feature, you do not need to send in any documents.
The loading fee for ACH direct deposit is 5% + $5.
The card works with PayPal,2Checkout, etc. Will it work with
EMO & StormPay as well?
A: Yes. It also works with EMO and StormPay, because they also use the ACH Direct Deposit method.
Q: Verification level 2 is required to use direct
deposit - will my privacy still be protected?
A: No personal information are recorded to the card itself. The documents and informations are kept by the card company. So your personal information is not "visible" to ATMs or people deposting money to this card.
You do not need to upgrade to 'verification level 2' unless you
need to load your card via direct deposit. You only need to fax the
documents if you want to load the card using direct deposit.
