IT'S ABOUT BRINGING YOUR MIND BODY & SPIRIT TOGETHER FOR A WHOLE HEALTHY APPROACH TO LIFE AND SHARING IT WITH OTHERS
IT'S ALL ABOUT ATTITUDE.......
Take our 10 step beauty regimine and let us know what ones you did, your experience and how you were beautified by the process.
Take our Beauty Regimine:
1) Do something kind and wonderful for someone without them knowing it, tell no one.
2) When you recieve a compliment just say "Thank you"
3) Take a bath with bubble bath or bath oil. Light candles and remind yourself of 5 things that are really great about yourself.
4) When you go out today ask someone, a co-worker or grocery checkout person how they are feeling. Listen for their answer completely without sharing anything about yourself.
5) Tell someone you love that you love them. Look them straight in the eyes and say it without expecting them to say they love you back.
6) Remember something that inspired you, something you always wanted to do or something inspiring that you used to do...then do it.
7) Wish or pray for something wonderful to happen to someone you do not like. Sincerely see them enjoying that wonderful vision you have for them.
8) If someone's driving annoys you smile and wave like you know them.
9) Stand in front of the mirror and without judgement tell yourself that you are wonderful and that every part of you is lovable.
10)Share your feelings and your heart with someone you trust.

Smiling is infectious
You catch it like the flu
When someone smiled at me today I started smiling too
I passed around the corner and someone saw my grin
For when he smiled I realized I passed it on to him
I thought about that smile then I realized it's worth
A single smile just like mine could travel round the earth
So if you feel a smile begin don't leave it undetected
Let's start an epedemic quick and leave the world infected
