My name is Judith Maack and I practise Reiki. I have a 2nd degree Usui Shiki Ryo certificate. I am a provisional member of the 'UK Reiki Foundation' and also fully insured.

The word Reiki is Japanese in origin and is pronounced as ray-key and means divine origin (Rei) and life force energy (Ki)

Reiki is simply the laying on of hands from the practitioner to the patient restoring mind, body and spirit. This was practised thousands of years ago by Tibetan monks to heal their fellow man until it was discovered in the late 19th century by Dr. Mikao Usui.
