His Happy Helpers

Hi and welcome to the temporary site of His Happy Helpers!

This is a brand new group. This group is for Christian WOMEN only! The purpose of this group is first and foremost to glorify our God in heaven. His Happy Helpers is a group for fellowship, fun, and trading ideas on how to be helpers to our spouses. Coupons, crafts, housecleaning tips, gift ideas, homeschooling, children . . . all of this will be discussed.
Why was His Happy Helpers created? As a Christian wife, it is usually very hard to be what God created us as women for: to be the helper for our husbands. Far from being a demeaning, mundane calling, this is indeed a fullfilment of our calling as God's daughters. Part of this responsibility requires that we maintain our homes to provide peace to our husbands. We can help one another in this worthy endeavor!!
This is a brand new list, so the following activities will happen but probably not until our group grows a bit: a bi-weekly prayer list; daily "conviction" questions (such as "Have you had your prayer time today?"); daily or weekly recipes; etc.
An on-line newsletter will eventually be started

Rules:
* You MUST be a Christian who believes in the inerrancy of the word of God. What does this mean?? This means that you must believe that ALL of the Bible is correct and true and inspired by God Himself. Not part. ALL of the Bible. This group should be safe for those who believe this and so absolutely NO debate of this point will be allowed.
* Absolutely NO flaming or disrespect towards our husbands will be allowed. NONE. Too many other "Christian" womens' groups allow this and it is disrespectful towards our spouses and thus, unBiblical. Do not attempt it. If you slip up once, you will be put on moderated status until the owner sees fit. This does NOT mean that you cannot ask for prayer for your husband or talk about him. Just do not complain or whine about him, especially if you have not even bothered talking about the matter to him first.
