well heres the answer

the GS ball can only catch 2 pokemon which are lugia and ho-oh.
those two pokemon are on gold and silver gameboy
GS is short for gold and silver.
get it!Amazing isnt it.
By the way Pokemon The 3rd movie is on in theatres from april 11th.
