We charge 7 nights £199 + £6 pppw laundry
14 nights £350 + £6 pppw laundry
There is no overall charge for laundry so you only pay for what you use.
We also ask for a separate cheque to be deposited with your final payment to cover for damage and loss. On a clear return home this will be returned to you approx 7 days from departure.

This beautiful well appointed apartment sleeps 4/5 adults. It has a twin bedded bedroom. The lounge has 2 double bed-settees and a Roll-Out adult bed.And there is a cot available at no extra cost The kitchen is fully fitted. The bathroom is modern with an over bath shower and a bidet.
the apartment is approx 3 mins walk to the town centre and 10 mins to the beach. The complex has a shared swimming pool

FACILITIES OF THE AREA
This beautiful resort is the perfect base for exploring the island. there is plenty to keep all ages occupied. it has lively and quiet bars & pubs with a wide variety of restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets.
However, public transport & car hire is reasonably priced and offers the more adventurous the opportunity to to explore what we found to be such a dream location that we purchased this property. Also there are various companies offering a vast range of tours. Take a wee look through the gallery section of this site to get a flavour of the island. Transport & tours are available from the transfer drivers who have a wide local knowledge of the island. (Ask them on your arrival)

AIR FARES
A great deal of the questions we get are about air fares.
Please note that this is the Canaries, not mainland Spain. It is a quality family resort NOT RAVES AND LAGER LOUTS. Fuerteventura sees year round sunshine. Fares vary quite a bit depending on What airline you use and when you travel and where you travel from. Obviously, the U.K. school holidays and high season seems to see higher fares.
The nearer you are to London the cheaper it appears to be. We live in Glasgow, Scotland so we get the Full Monty to pay, including our 11 year old's full fare. Travelling in low season can be very economic.Especially if you live in England.
It pays to shop around on the web using the search engines. We have included links to the more popular airlines at the bottom of this page to save you searching further. Easyjet are to fly to the island from Liverpool Nov 2009

We can organise transfers on your behalf to and from the airport and apartment. (Subject to availability) This is only a couple of Euros more than a taxi but saves you waiting around at the airport or booking a taxi for your departure. You will be picked up from the complex or any other place of your choice.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. The Contract. ( Correct as of 21.07.05.)
The following conditions form the basis of your contract with Mr Willam and Mrs Lynda Kyle. (Referred to hereafter as Mr & Mrs Kyle) The contract is for a holiday let and does not constitute a letting contract outside the dates referred to on the booking form. Vacant possession must be given at 11.00a.m. on the declared departure date. Your contract is made once you have :-
(I) Completed and signed the booking form.
(ii) Provided the appropriate deposit £50 per booking as specified on your booking form: and
(iii) Mr & Mrs Kyle has confirmed with you the booking.
(iv) A completed and duly signed acceptance of these terms and conditions is received.
(iv) Only those persons mentioned on the booking form will be allowed to occupy the properties.
Any additional persons using or occupying the properties without authorisation from Mr & Mrs Kyle will invalidate the contract and full costs will be applied against you.
2. The Payment.
The appropriate deposit is required as shown on the booking form, and the balance of the monies due 4 weeks prior to departure. In the case of bookings made four weeks or less prior to departure, full payment must accompany the completed booking form. If payment is not received within this timescale Mr & Mrs Kyle reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply the charges as set out in paragraph 5. A fully refundable damage And Security deposit of £100 and all laundry charges is required on payment of balance. The damage deposit will be refunded on return of keys and confirmation from agents that properties are satisfactory. (Usually within 1 week of return)
3. Price Guarantee. The price given to you by Mr & Mrs Kyle remains fixed and is not subject to change.
4. Insurance.
As a material condition of your booking you must have adequate holiday insurance cover-to-cover medical, injury, personal property and cancellation charges. The owners accept no liability whatsoever for loss or damage caused during your holiday. Likewise any injury or loss of life caused on or around any of the properties is also excluded. Any dispute will be settled by UK jurisdiction. Persons renting this accommodation are reminded that there is no official supervision on the pool area and the renter must accept responsibility for arranging adequate supervision of accompanying children when using the facility.
5. Cancellation by You.
You may cancel your booking if you wish in which case written postal recorded notification must be given to Mr & Mrs Kyle in writing and signed by the person who signed the booking form. The date of cancellation will be the date Mr & Mrs Kyle receives the postal recorded cancellation notice, not the date of posting. In the event of cancellation by you the following charges will be payable by you:
Period before departure Cancellation Fee % of total rental cost
Up to 25 weeks prior to departure date Deposit only
6 weeks prior to departure date Deposit + 50% of balance
4 weeks prior to departure date Deposit + 70% of balance
Under 4 weeks prior to departure date Payment in full
Cancellation fees excluding deposit and expenses or any discounts will be waived pro rata if Mr & Mrs Kyle is able to let the apartment to another party prior to arranged departure date.
6. Change Over.
Occupation on arrival day is from 2.00pm. All guests are required to vacate the property on day of departure by 11.0am. This is essential to enable the agents to clean the apartment prior to occupation by the new guests. Guests not vacating the property on time may forfeit part or all damage deposit. Alternative arrival / departure times may be available subject to prior arrangement with Mr & Mrs Kyle.
7. Linen Service
Mr & Mrs Kyle will arrange hire of all linen and bath/hand towels as per the agreed cost per person per week with the local agent. Payment for linen to be included in and paid along with the final invoice.
9. Swimming Pool.
The communal swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the occupants of the complex. The maintenance persons will maintain and clean the swimming pool. Guests are requested to allow facilities for this operation and note 19 below regarding swimming pool facilities. Guests should be advised that from time to time (Especially low season) the swimming pool may have to be closed for maintenance / repair purposes. Whilst endeavouring to anticipate these situations Mr & Mrs Kyle may have no prior warning of such eventualities and cannot be held responsible for such loss of facilities. The pool open hours are 08.00am until 08.00pm Under no circumstances should the pool be used outside these hours. Please refer to swimming pool regulations displayed prior to using the pool.Children must be supervised at all time.
