What is Tai Chi?
Tai Chi originated from ancient China.
Nowadays, it is practiced throughout the
world as an exercise for better health.
Many scientific studies have proven that it
is amazingly effective for health. Tai Chi:

Why Do Tai Chi?
For centuries, Chinese practise Tai Chi to
to improve their arthritis.
Today many doctors advise people with
arthritis to do Tai Chi. It is fun, can be easy
to learn and improves many aspects of health.
This program has been proven by a clinical
study to improve pain, stiffness and the quality
of life for people with arthritis.

We are now Registering participants. To enroll in eight 1-hour sessions,on a bi-weekly basis each month. Classes will be held Mondays and Thursdays from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at The Provena St. Mary’s Community Connections, located across from Ruby Tuesdays in the Northfield Square Shopping Mall.

The cost for the eight sessions is $80.
