YOU'RE STILL IN OUR HEARTS !!!

Scott (Mutt) Bradley
Feb 7,1964 - May 19,1991

It was like all the other friday nights. We all got together and partyed. We would Meet at Terry and Connie's to jam.
Only this week-end would turn out to be one that will always stay in my mind. This week-end would prove to be very special. Because on this week-end I would know how it truly feels to lose someone very close.
I remember we sat in Terry's living room drankin' and waitin' on Scott (that's him in the above picture flyin' colors and a beer in his back pocket...lol), We knew he would be late. He would say he would be there, but it seemed he could never make it on time.
As we sat there waitin' on em' I know each of us was thinkin' the same thing "who in the hell is he gonna' be pickin' on this week-end"?
He finally showed up,and as soon as he walked in he started pickin' on Connie. We all breathed a sigh of relef, all but Connie, that is.LOL. Poor girl. He picked on her all week-end. But it was alright with her, because she knew it was all in good natured fun. If Scott didn't pick on you,you knew something was wrong, and it would bug the hell out of you. More so than his good natured pranks would.
Anyway...a grand time was had by all.
Sunday mornin, I was feelin kinda' rough so I decided to go home and get some sleep before I had to go to work on monday. When I got home,I showered, went into the living room and laid down on the couch. The phone rang.
That phone call changed my life. When I heard the news,my whole boby grew numb....it was like I was hearin' the words...but my mind wasn't exceptin' what I was hearin'. I had lost a bro,a true friend. I truly know how it feels to have a heart broken. I sat on the couch with my hands on my face and cried like a baby.
But you know...when i think about it...Scott went the way he lived. He loved life.He would have givin his life for any of his family or bros....and he did.
Scott loved his family and friends,it's been a long time since he's parted this life...but everyone that had the blessin' to know em',their life is that much better for it.

TO SCOTT'S FAMILY....YOU ARE TO MANY TO MENTION...BUT YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE, YOU WERE BLESSED WITH SCOTT WHILE HE WAS WITH US,AND THAT WAS WORTH EVERY MINUTE AND EVERY SECONED.

SCOTT...I'll love you forever and always bro, and I'll always remember your face, music, and smile. Ride in peace BRO.

BACK TO HOMEPAGE.
