The Chain of Command has its place in any orginaization, without it there is chaos so learn it, and respect it. If there is one thing I can not stand that is willful disreguard for leadership. I do not put younger players in large broad leadership roles. There is a level of maturity that one must have and that usually comes with age and experience that only older players have. However that does not mean that younger players(by that I mean minors under the age of 18) can not hold rank in this order, you still have senority and game experience that is vital to our Order. I want you to learn the ropes and grow, often times younger players use the fact that because they are much higher levels than someone else who is new to the guild that that makes them better, no it does not. We have a guild here and it must be run like a business, therefore by those that I can trust to make the right decisions. Everyone is equally important here but when dealing with decision making, planning and diplomacy I have to rely on age and experience, but you can always prove yourself capable, remember that younger players.

If you become a member of the High Council be ready to except much more weight on your shoulders because you are apart of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, WE will discuss things amongst ourselves and work together. But understand this, I agree to allow alot of decision making on your part but Vorster Hadler will not be ramroded in any way!
If members disrespect any member of the Council then they
can be punished, I will personaly come down on them, by fines and penalties, in any case if members do not except their punsihment then they can simply leave the guild and go some place else. High Council members can carry out these fines and penalties, it is a tool to enforce the Laws of this Order. I will have a list of actions that Council can take in my absence or to use when needed. We need to sit down and discuss these to to get your imput.

Here is a basic monetary penelties list based on level and number of offences. Turn any gold into Vorster. Goes to help others. Player may pay the amount or have upto a week to raise the funds.

1st offense/lvl 15-30 - 5000 gold and maybe something else depending.
lvl 31-50 - 50,000 gold
lvl 51-up - 100,000 gold and up depending.
2nd Offense - public appology or public service to guild, another guild or Game Master. This may include a gold penalty from OWW.

3rd offense - deal with me personaly.

Knights Templar's:
The Templars are the mighty right hand of Vorster Hadler and are never far from him. These are his personal guard. They are as the living storm and like the thunder rolling across the battlefield.The Templars are a Special Forces team with in the Order like the Bandar Rangers. You may serve in any other capacity with in the guild but you have a dual role.

Archers:
The Rangers of OWW are the best Scouts and survivalist of the realm, highly skilled woodsmen with a natural skill for the Bow, and they are deadly marksmen who take what they do seriously. The Bandar Rangers are the elite bowmen/master scouts of our Order, like the Knights Templars these guys and gals are a special forces team of this branch. The Bandar Rangers are made up of the leaders of the archers.

The reason I have broken down the guild into branches is for several reasons, one it allows players of the same class to go on quest together as each class has specific needs and it gives you a since of individualism and pride in your specific class.(There are many character classes so we need to catagorize them.) The group can train together and hone your specific skills with your Branch Leader.


I must define the council further.
The Council is NOT the sole governing power in this guild, all power does not rest in them, but they help to run things and must be respected, there will be many times when a VOTE will be nessicary to decide a matter.This has cost me in the past.I am not ruling over this guild or Family with an iron fist,I am holding onto this guild,
this idea that I started.It is unique to me and all the work I have done,I put the council in place to help me(because I can not be everywhere or help everyone at once.) and other members out,because all decision making should not be placed on my shoulders and vise versa, but when you allow too much power to be placed in one group it leaves the Leader in a position to be set up for a fall. Power or Authority is a responsiblity not a privilage and how it is used determines how you lead or what type of leader you become. Bottom line is This is my guild,I am not power hungry and any leaders with in the guild must learn to take charge of their own branches, spend time with them,orginize quests with your people and talk with them.
All I ask is that you communicate with me about things.

Special Class: Assassin
This person or persons are elite killers, trained in the art of the invisible assassin, silent, deadly and unseen.
The guild assassin or assassins identity will remain secret. Do not speak their name!! Lest they turn their skills on you!!
