I sent in my $ 250.00 fee to start this new venture. The assembly start up kit arrived via United States Postel Service. By analysing all that support literature, I discovered many misleading statements,like you

I fell for the scam and paid for with Pay-Pal. They have a policy
in place not to deal with unethical enterprises and opportunists
This venture would be an easy to do circuit board assembley business.
The very first materials Cathy of 00 Internatinal sent to me was to deliberately trow me of track and caused confusion.This sample was a
custom creation of Mr.Erwin Koltay owner of 00 International.The record of this honesty dates back from 1/5/1987 to the now released
dates to 6/30/2006. ( See public domain in Florida )
The circuit board messuring only 2.5 x 2 inches.In the instructions you are told to follow the sample or the drawing, nothing matches, what should one do. Also the supply parts did not match.The sample board has one totally disconected transistor barried under liquid nail type construction glue, and the 2 wirees on one of the transistors where cut off, connecting to nothing, only for show.
The whole Modulator was filled with that construction glue
I sent a letter to 00 International asking to exchainge the Modulator and asking for advice of what to do next,dated june 24/2006 (form 31)
their answer from Cathy at 00 International was,the computor rejected
it.Please read Point#6 at http://trdhelp.com .The letter was rejected,
because the letter dit not show an addresse,she said. In other words my signiture was not received at that time,
and Cathy of 00 International referred me to the golden
rules of 00 Intl. At this point she Cathy was obligated
to give me an honest answer, since I dit not already belong to their
assemblers association,her answer was only see our golden rules # 6 at http://trdhelp.com .Cathy of 00Int.mislead me in the name of the mastermind and owner of 00 International Erwin Koltay.
I wanted to get started with the assembly buisiness and signed an confirmatin letter to get started. To get started only!!!!!!!!!!!

Step 3 CONFIRMATION LETTER

I,the undersigned,received the Sample product and it does work very
well.( as good as they said it needs to be.)
I am impressed ( not my words ) with the tone quality,the range and
the easy tuning.In your original mailer the following was clearly
explained to me: ( 2nd tought OF Mastermind in reservation? )
I will be working as private contractor and as such I will be
responsible for paying my own taxes,( Only good if Erwin Koltay's
honesty makes it possable to make a few Dollars. and not resort to
trickery ) I will be part owner and the fee I paid was nonerefundable.
( This clearly shows a planed~~~~~Scheme~~~~with deceiving intend )
We both agree to operate by the Golden Rules. The rules were disclosed
on an Internet site and were read and agreed to before I mailed in the
Membership Application with the fee. ( Not my wording,I paid before ( Paid by Pay-Pal on 06//12/06 )
I am ready to start and I would like to order the parts to build the
first product
Confirmation letter was signed on 6-15-06
After I signed this Confirmation Letter, no more parts arrived
Erwin Koltay thinks by signing the letter,the money is in his pocket
and his assemblers are left in the lurch.
