Grace Prayer Bulletin # 61
June 20, 1999YUGOSLAVIA - Simo Ralevic - RBMS
Simo Ralevic and family have had to flee Pec because of a lack of security in Kosovo. Simo has fled 400 miles to the city of Novi Sad, this city is 50 miles north of Belgrade. He does have family there and there is much more opportunity for work. The Ralevic's left all their possessions behind including the warehouse RBMS helped build which is full of Reformed literature. It is not know whether they will be able to return to Pec or not. All the Church which the Ralevic's fellowshiped with have fled. Bob Selph in this RBMS letter mentioned the need for help when he said, "We anticipate the transfer of funds/supplies to be made soon from Dick Walton in Sofia, Bulgaria. If anyone else would like to donate benevolence funds to Simo and Cedo, to their families and to their ministry opportunities, those funds should be sent to RBMS as soon as possible. Let us pray. How encouraged the brethren in Yugoslavia have been in knowing that we are praying and collecting funds for them. Cedo anticipates a very large turnout to church this Lord's Day. Let us intercede."

I thought this excerpt from a letter sent to RBMS would be a good example of the use of evangelism from everyday circumstances. Today (June 20) the new fledgling church in Grenoble will be holding a special Sunday service. David said the following in his letter, "One of the couple's of our church, the Butin's, are having their 20th wedding anniversary and asked if they could take this opportunity to invite people to our Sunday service and a lunch and afternoon reception at their house afterwards. They sent out invitations to a good number of Christian and non-Christian friends and about 50 from outside our church family have responded by phone or letter saying that they would be coming. Lord-willing, I will be preaching evangelistically from Ephesians 5 on human marriage and the marriage of Chirst to his church. Besides a significant number of unbelievers, there will be many who have never been exposed to Reformed teaching. Please pray for us as we gather on this day, that God would grant that many may see something new of the greatness of our sovereign and gracious Savior and be forever changed..."

"I wanted to share with you our good news. Re: Church Planting. I told you some time ago that we were able to buy the Freehold Ground of a Church that we have been using for Church Planting work at the Rassau, Ebbw Vale The transaction is now complete and The Church has been constituted as A Reformed Baptist Church and we are having some real blessings. We will be glad of prayers as we continue to labor at the Rassau, AT Cephas Evangelical Church, Heol Gerrig Merthyr and Ebenezer Twynrodyn Merthyr Please pray that God will send labourers into His harvest field I am desperately in need of Help. I have to preach three times on the Lords Day and also Sunday School I Take Bible Studies and prayer meetings on Mondays
Children's meetings on Wednesday, and also on Wednesday a Gospel meeting. The Three Churches for which I am responsible are terribly short of workers and I am really being over stretched at this present time. Your prayers will be greatly appreciated. The Lord bless you.

In the near future we hope to have some more reports on the United Kingdom, it reflects what is spoken of here.
"But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest."
