Grace Prayer Bulletin # 58

A ministry of The King's Chapel

Grace Prayer Bulletin # 58
A quick note about David Straub Linda Kronheim, RBMS secretary sent this note Friday:

"I received an update concerning David's condition from Susan. He had increased seizure activity this week and as a result, was taken by ambulance to Hershey Medical Center this morning (Friday). Please continue to pray for David and the family as they struggle through this difficult time."
News was heard Sunday afternoon that he has returned home from the Hospital with his medicine regulated. Please pray for David's well being.

Ray and Carol Harbaugh Rancagua, Chile
We received this letter from Ray and Carol Harbaugh recently, I have edited to bring you the highlights. If you would like to receive their letters in their entirety drop me a line and I will happily forward them to you. "Thank you for your prayers for the Creation/Evolution conferences that we were able to have here in Chile with SANTIAGO ESCUAIN. We praise the Lord for many answers to prayer. Please pray for fruit in the lives of those who attended in Santiago, in Temuco and here in Rancagua. Ray is going to report on the meetings and send it in a separate email. We passed out close to 300 invitations here in our neighborhood for the Creation meeting in our home. Only one person whom we had not previously known came out as a result. We would like to do door-to-door visitation but seek wisdom to know how to go about this. Ray thanks the Lord for the good attendance and better attitude of the Bible Institute students as they study Greek this year.
GLENN McMULLAN will be finishing his language studies in Costa Rica and coming to Chile near the end of August. Pray for his adjustments to the Chilean culture and wisdom as he becomes involved in the ministries. Pray for the possibility of having a weekly Bible study program on the radio in Rancagua.

Grace Community Church - Mt. Orab, Ohio
This struggling Church is in need of a real shot in the arm. There were 70+ on the average attendance in 1987, then General Motors shut down an assembly plant where a vast majority of the members worked. Nearly all were moved to different cities, so as to not lose their pensions. The average attendance is now 3-5 and there is a strong possibility of the church being dissolved in the coming weeks. Their Pastor has had to take a truck driving position, where he works on Sunday. Kings Chapel, our home church, has taken on much of the responsibility for the Pastoral/preaching needs. I taught there this morning, and Ray Shepherd will be teaching for the rest of June. We are praying for God's intervention on behalf of this Church.

MAY GOD RECEIVE THE GLORY!
