If you have come across this website there can be only two reasons. One is that you already have a Property Portfolio or two you want to find the key to your own Property Portfolio. Which ever reason brought you here I may be in a position to help.
I am not going to tell you that you could be laying on a beach in 2/3 years time with no money worries, I am not going to tell you the Buy-to-Let business is a Get Rich Quick business it’s not.
What I will tell you is that I have been in the Buy-to-Let business for almost 15 years now and boy did I make some mistakes. Some of these mistakes were costly some not so costly, but it was through pure ignorance of how the system works; I had been going about it the wrong way. This is why I decided to create a small website, to try to help people not to make the same mistakes I did.
Approximately 5 years ago I came across a company that put me on the straight and narrow, and at a time I was ready to “throw in the towel” as they say. But these guys were and still are fantastic at what they do, and in no time at all they had turned my property portfolio back on its feet. Since meeting these people I have increased my property portfolio three fold in 4.5 years. Needless to say, my dream of sunnier climes and midnight strolls on the beach with my nearest and dearest come ever closer and a lot quicker than I ever thought possible.
