DROPSHIPPING EXPLAINED: To buy from wholesalers normally you need to buy in bulk so you have to make a big investment and then have a house full of stuff that you have to sell, pack, and take to the post office - this takes time and effort! When dropshipping you just: · register a dropship account with a company (this sometimes involves a small administration fee of £15-£50). · Look at the products (30-70% the rrp) and sell them on ebay without paying a penny. · If the items sell, just give the wholesaler the details of the buyer and he takes care of posting the item and giving refunds etc. if this is neccessary. · You pass the postage costs on and obviously mark up the price to take care of your profit and ebay fees. · If the items don't sell - you don't lose anything as you havn't even bought them yet.This system means you can manage your ebay business from any computer in the world because all transactions take place online and you never even see the stock!!!
