Holiday House Rental Description

The holiday house Held is peaceful, yet centrally situated in the Fränkischen Seenland in Treuchtlingen-Wettelsheim, with 2 houses. The house (approx. 68 m2) is situated on the first floor of this beautiful house.

The centre of Wettelsheim, with its many historic buildings stands under monument care. The "Viersteinberg", the "Rohrach" and the "Altmühltal" are located in the nature park Altmühltal, a protected nature area. Beautiful hikes and cycling routes invites you to varied trips in the close vicinity.

The beautiful, hilly meadow landscape is typified by big water levels and typical plant- and flower assortments. In Treuchtlingen is a thermal bath, where you can relax wonderfully and you can participate in diverse sports in the surrounding, like horse riding and tennis.

On 1st floor: 1 livingroom (2-pers. fold away bed, TV (satellite), VCR, HIFI), 1 kitchen (oven), 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bedroom (3 x single bed), 1 bathroom (shower, sink, WC, washing machine). General: sauna (shared, paid), balcony, bedding, heating (central), garden (shared, fenced), garden furniture, BBQ, play area.

Detached holiday house (60 m2) on a family holiday park, situated on the hills of a picturesque village in the Semois dale. The interior is comfortable and modern. From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the dale. Sports possibilities on the premises (in communal use): tennis courts (2 courts at your disposal), ping-pong, mini-golf (15 holes). Hiking, mountain biking, kayak, langlauf... The house is a few km. from a number of cosy villages like Vresse s/Semois, Bohan, Laforêt, Rochehaut and Frahan. The French border is within approx. 10 km; The cities Charleville-Mézière and Sedan within max. 30 km. Bouillon within 30 km.
