“XXXXXXXX” dba “XXXXXXX” (the “Company”) is convinced that the Program is fair to both sides and has significant mutual advantages. Arbitration is likely to be quicker, more economical and less burdensome or adversarial than litigation. It is private and the result is final. The Program does not change either party’s substantive legal rights. The arbitrator is given all the power of a judge and jury. The Program and Rules are effective for all covered claims that occur or arise on or after March 1, 2006.
“XXXXXXXX” también conocido como “XXXXXXX” (la “Compañía”) tiene la convicción que este Programa es justo para ambas partes y contiene ventajas importantes para todas las partes. El arbitraje es usualmente más rápido, más económico y menos controversial que un litigio en corte. El proceso es privado y el resultado es final. El Programa no altera los derechos legales intrínsicos de ninguna de las partes envueltas. El árbitro tiene los mismos poderes que se les otorgan al juez y al jurado. El Programa y sus Reglamentaciones entrarán en vigor y cubrirán todas las reclamaciones o disputas que ocurran en, o a partir del 1ro de Marzo del 2006.
