GBS Solutions Switzerland is a Swiss based independent international consultancy specializing in GENERATIVE CHANGE MANAGMENT, organizational development and management learning, disaster management, health and care in the community owned by Graham Betts-Symonds.
SCOPE OF EXPERTISE

GBS Solutions specialises in transformational learning and reflective practice as an approach to generative change management.
The consultancy is a specialist in the practical application of chaos theory applied to teaching,learning and management practice. We also provide more traditionalmanagement training for first line, mddle and top line managers both in the private and public sectors.

Development Focus International, La Paz, Bolivia under the management of Jan Gelfand. He has specialist skills in Disaster Preparedness and risk reduction as well as community development in English or Spanish speaking languages.
Inigo Barrena is an Independent Consultant based in Madrid, Spain working with both GBS Solutions and Development Focus International.He has Disaster Preparedness, Risk Reduction and Conflict Recovery specialization with a legal background. Inigo is also a specialist in Organizational Development including Strategic Planning. He is able to provide our services in Spanish, French and English.
Abdelqader Abu Awad, Associate Consutant of GBS Solutions, and Director of the Horizon Group is based in Amman, Jordan. He specializes in disaster management, vulnerability and capacity assessment and social research methods. He is our Arabic and English speaking Associate. He is also a specialist in using transformative learning techniques for community vulnerability, risk hazard and capacity assessment and facilitation in Arabic as well as English.
