Here we explain all the things you can and can't do when you use our webpages resources!!

USE OF GRAPHICS FROM HL WEB DESIGN
Most of the graphics on this site are from the some of the sites mentioned to you on our pages.Please DO NOT copy those graphics from HL Web design!! If you wish to use them please go to the graphic providers site and obtain the graphic yourself. Posting your requests on my message board allows me to view your site so if I catch anyone using the graphics directly from HL Web Design and not the certain graphics provider there name and site go on our wall of shame!! But since nobody has done that yet, I haven't put the Wall of Shame up yet.

USE OF GRAPHIC FROM OTHER SITES
Please, please PLEASE look at the terms and policies and/or copyright rules of the graphic sites mentioned on here if your not sure it is okay to copy a graphic from it!! Also any graphics used from graphic provider sites mentioned on the HL Web Design website MUST have a link back to them on the site they were used on if it visibly asks you to! (EXAMPLE: Like If it says, 'Please Link Back' or so on, it must have a link back.) If you don't know how to link back email me or leave a message on a Questionare Form, and I'll be happy to answer. (Most sites featured have instructions on how to link back, so please look for them before coming to me, otherwise I'm all ears.) Anybody who breaks the rules of the graphic provider sites will have there website and name posted on the wall of shame and be banned from HL Web Design.

TAGBOARD, MESSAGE BOARD, AND GUESTBOOK RULES
The rules regarding the TagBoard, Questionaire, and Guestbook are very simple: No spam, no cursing, be courteous to others, and no HTML. (HTML is blocked in the guestbook and the Questionaire anyway, but I'm not to sure about the TagBoard.) Anyone who violates these rules will have there name put up on the Wall Of Shame and be banned from HLWD (HL Web Design.)
