Since the site is open some people are already buying the keywords and driving up the price. Sometimes it's a sure bet with keywords like 'free' and
'money'. All keywords are continuously for sale and ownership is likened to being the current highest bidder.
With a 30% increase in value with every sale, keywords are flipping quickly as Kooday grows.
I'd suggest the best way to make money would be to continuously buy back your keywords as they are sold. The idea is that the keyword already has one buyer in the neighborhood; surely there's another. Another good rule of thumb is volume makes you money; don't be afraid to buy keywords - you probably won't be stuck with a good one for very long.

How Kooday Works - - Buying and Selling Keywords
Kooday allows members to own and profit off keywords. Buying and selling keyword for profit is fun and easy. Members can fund their Kooday account for as little as $5.00 and can purchase keywords for as low as 10 cents. Because this is new there are plenty of keywords that are available for 10 cents as well as many under $1.00. You just pick and choose keywords or keywords phrases that would
naturally go together. Need inspiration? Think of popular toys, celebrities, holidays, sports teams and popular sports figures.
As you build up a collection of keywords other members can come along and buy them from you but when they do they have to pay more which nets you a profit. Often two members will start a bidding war which drives up the price of the keyword. Eventually one member will end up with a nice profit while the other member ends up with a high value
keyword - until someone else comes along and buys it. Just keep in mind that every time someone buys one of your keywords your profits climb, and the more keywords you have the more active the buying and selling can get.
Some keywords are very expensive but that's okay because there are plenty of untapped keywords. For example, as of this writing the keyword "Halloween" costs almost $94.00. and Christmas costs 69.03 and Guitar costs $204.96. All of these keywords originally cost .10 (10 cents) about 6 weeks ago. You can eventually earn enough
money to buy the more expensive keywords but for now go for the less expensive but still popular keywords such as "Halloween costume" or "Christmas Eve". Naturally, the closer you get to specific holidays the more popular those keyword become.
