Hacking engine tools:
In Hacking engine (which is accessed from the title screen), there are a number of directories and tools that can be useful (such as spawning a weapon within The Matrix.).

Unlock all commands and files in Hacking engine:
There is a simple (and ironic) method of acquiring all commands and files even if you have only just entered the Hacking system. In order to do this, first select "Hacking" from the main menu and load any saved game. It does not have to be a completed game save. You will be presented with the Hacking system interface. You can login as GUEST or FREEMIND if desired. Press the L1 + R1. This may require more than one attempt as it must be done exactly simultaneously. If done correctly, the command list will automatically update itself, and all files will be available. A message will read "All files unlocked", and also ironically states "Remember to remove this feature from the final version".
Information in this section was contributed by Morpheus. Alternately, enter the Hacking engine, then hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 at the command list to unlock everything in the list.

The Hulk:
Invulnerability:
Select the "Code Input" selection at the options screen, then enter GMMSKIN as a code to unlock this option at the cheats menu. The Hulk and Bruce Banner will be invincible.
Regenerator:
Select the "Code Input" selection at the options screen, then enter FLSHWND as a code to unlock this option at the cheats menu. The Hulk will regenerate faster.
Full Rage Meter:
Select the "Code Input" selection at the options screen, then enter ANGMNGT as a code to unlock this option at the cheats me
Unlimited Continues:
Select the "Code Input" selection at the options screen, then enter GRNCHTR as a code to unlock this option at the cheats menu.
Double Hulk's HP:
Select the "Code Input" selection at the options screen, then enter HLTHDSE as a code to unlock this option at the cheats menu.
Double All Enemies HP:
Select the "Code Input" selection at the options screen, then enter BRNGITN as a code to unlock this option at the cheats menu
Half All Enemies HP:
Select the "Code Input" selection at the options screen, then enter MMMYHLP as a code to unlock this option at the cheats menu.
Wicked Punch:
Select the "Code Input" selection at the options screen, then enter FSTOFRY as a code to unlock this option at the cheats menu. The Hulk will have one hit kills.
Puzzle Solved:
Select the "Code Input" selection at the options screen, then enter BRCESTN as a code to unlock this option at the cheats menu. Puzzles will immediately be solved.
Unlock All Levels:
Select the "Code Input" selection at the options screen, then enter TRUBLVR as a code to unlock this option at the cheats menu
Hulk Transformed movie art:
Find a terminal during game play, then enter SANFRAN as a code.
Hulk vs. Hulk Dogs movie art:

Unlimited ammunition:
Pause game play, then press Circle, L2, Square, L1, Select, R2, Triangle, Select. The game will automatically resume. Note: This also effects enemies.
Bullet shield:
Pause game play, then press Circle, Select, R2(2), R1(2), L1, R1. The game will automatically resume.
Master code:
Enter DAWOIKS at the Enigma Machine. Green lights will confirm correct code entry. Select the "Bonus" option underneath the Enigma Machine to enable/disable any desired cheat.
Silver bullet mode:
Enter WHATYOUGET at the Enigma Machine. Green lights will confirm correct code entry. Select the "Bonus" option underneath the Enigma Machine to enable/disable this cheat. Silver bullet mode allows enemies to be killed with one shot.
Rubber grenade mode:
Enter BOING at the Enigma Machine. Green lights will confirm correct code entry. Select the "Bonus" option underneath the Enigma Machine to enable/disable this cheat.
Snipe-O-Rama mode:
Enter LONGSHOT at the Enigma Machine. Green lights will confirm correct code entry. Select the "Bonus" option underneath the Enigma Machine to enable/disable this cheat. This cheat allows all guns to zoom in.
Complete previous mission with Gold Star:
Enter TIMEWARP at the Enigma Machine. Green lights will confirm correct code entry. Select the "Bonus" option underneath the Enigma Machine to enable/disable this cheat.
Perfectionist:
Enter URTHEMAN at the Enigma Machine. Green lights will confirm correct code entry. Select the "Bonus" option underneath the Enigma Machine to enable/disable this cheat. This cheat allows the Nazis to kill you with one shot.
Mohton torpedoes:
Enter TPDOMOHTON at the Enigma Machine. Green lights will confirm correct code entry. Select the "Bonus" option underneath the Enigma Machine to enable/disable this cheat. Your bullets will now change into "photon torpedoes
Achilles' head mode:
Enter GLASSJAW at the Enigma Machine. Green lights will confirm correct code entry. Select the "Bonus" option underneath the Enigma Machine to enable/disable this cheat. Nazi's can only be killed with a headshot when this cheat is activated.
Invisible enemies:
Enter WHERERU at the Enigma Machine. Green lights will confirm correct code entry. Select the "Bonus" option underneath the Enigma Machine to enable/disable this cheat. All that you will see is their guns and helmets.
Men with hats:
Enter HABRDASHR at the Enigma Machine. Green lights will confirm correct code entry. Select the "Bonus" option underneath the Enigma Machine to enable/disable this cheat.
