Four lessons, riders seperated by level, working with beginner riders on the flat thru 2'6 riders. Riders may stable own horse or use one of our schooling horses.
Weekend also includes horsemanship clinics,meals/lodging,hands-on horse care & management and horse related crafts/activities.

Young Riders,come to the stables for 5 days (Monday through Friday) from 9:00 to 12:00 to learn what it's like to own and ride a horse. Each rider learns basic horse care skills, such as grooming, hoof cleaning, tack care, barn chores, and how to maintain the well being of horses. Each child will ride every day and they will receive individual attention while riding.
Ages 6-11
LIMIT 6 Campers,weight limit 145lbs they rotate through four stations:

*Riding
*Lunch
*Horse Care & Managment
*Craft & Group activity including swimming, exploring,relay games, beading, etc.

A total equestrian immersion at a working hunter/jumper facility for small groups of "horse crazy" girls aged 8-17 years. Fox Pointe Farm's summer training camps are for girls that are dedicated to riding,all aspects of horses and horse care and management.

We cater to all levels of riders from beginner to advanced,emphisis on EQUITATION, HORSEMASHIP, and CENTERED RIDING. Teaching safe horsemanship both in and out of the saddle. Riders train 2-3 hrs per day.

Riders seperated by level, working with beginner riders on the flat thru 2'6 riders. Weight limit on schooling horses, 165 lbs.Policy exempt if you own/ride your own horse. Riders may board for the week horse or use one of our schooling horses.

Beginners learn to properly groom, tack and understand the correct design of position and aids. Walk, trot( half seat,posting,sitting)canter, poles, halt and steering the horse. Concentrating on balance, form,and control through transitions, patterns,ground pole and many other centered riding exercises.

More advanced levels improve through ring work at walk, trot, canter and jumping ( courses,combinations).Generally jumping 2'6 and under,challenged with gymnastics,oxers,triple combinations, 1/2 seat, work without stirrups, bareback and many other strengthening exercises.

We offer QUALITY horses and large ponies for riders at every level.Or can can bring your own horse(current proof of coggins req).

Part of the day will be spent listening to horse care seminars, learning about judging/USEF rules, attending hands-on clinics,swimming,horse related crafts,and evening movies or campfire.
